They told me to drive around in my car until my Tranny comes in, because they had to order it.. I was wondering if I could just go to the dealership and get a loner car. It feels worse since I droped it off. I dont want to FAWK it up, like the engine or something. Do you guys think they will give a loner or tell me to stick up my ass.

They said when I do drop it off that they will give me a loner, but i want one now.

 

Just tell them you've read the forums of cars that downshifted quickly causing accidents and tell them that's dangerous. Demand a loaner. Tell them you don't want to drive around a ticking time bomb that could put you in a dangerous situation.

They should give you a loaner right away. It is too dangerous for you to be driving around in the car while they wait fora new tranny. When the tranny in my CL went out,the dealership automatically stated that they were going to give me a loaner so that I would not have to drive my car in case something bad happened while Iwas driving it.
