For you guys who registered for the Taste of Lexus thing and are going tomorrow...Enjoy! At the end you get a goody bag but I won't tell you what's in it. The food is pretty good...just a bunch of fingerfoods...a lot of Coke/Sprite and Fiji Water. Check out the bathrooms too...they're gonna be the nicest port-o-pots you've ever seen.

My impressions: The IS350 should be put against the BMW 5 series...GS300 feels like driving miss daisy and the steering blows. no pics though but I had a blast.

I've driven both the (late model) 300 and 400, an the 400 was much more fun than the 300.

GS430 was matched up with a Benz C500 or something like that. It was out there too...I just didn't want to drive it. My gf drove the RX400h and the regular RX330...she loves that thing. The GS series' handling (especially) steering felt like junk compared to the 5 series.

Man, I saw a '03 Taffeta CL-S 6 speed with the '03 stock wheels chromed. It was nice, I wish I had it. I wish more CL-S owner would get on here

 

Yeah it's funny how not much of the CL/TL owning population are enthusiasts.
But I guess this applies to majority of car owners (excluding exotics of course). To most it's juts a car that gets them where they need to go, and sure they'll smile if someone compliments them on it, but 5 mins later, it's just a car again. But for us enthusiasts when someone compliments the car, we're ready to open the hood and fire up the grill (we're going to be here for a while)

 

Well back at work after a night of almost getting Malested(sp) by a WHITE CAT Stayed a night at a friends house that had this cat. The little FAWKER would not leave me alone for shit. Its like he jumped in the bed and purred while rubbing against me. Also kept on trying to attack my foot under the covers If it could talk it would have said "AWWW LOOK AT KITTY, Im pretty AWWWWWW "

Well Drew came over this weekend and we worked on installing the mesh into the lower grills on my car. Here are the pics.
