so i have a cooking question.... what is a good natural meat tenderizer/marinade?

When I first started doing alot of BBQ's about three years ago I was trying all different kinds of marinade. Now I just use a honey teriyaki marinade that is just off the hook. Ive been using it ever since. Everytime I try to change to something else my friends freak out.

Another thing that Ive learned is that if you want the meat (or chicken) to be realy juicy you keep basting it during the cooking process. Keep it wet the whole time. Thats what I found works for me.

i got a couple of steaks and they are kinda tough and i need to find a way to soften those bastards up....

Nope. I don't think they can keep enough GT's on the lots to let peeps test them. I was gonna drive one when the demand - madness calms down a little.

If you want to make your own, try pineapple juice, soy sauce and ginger root. Marinate overnight

you should check out the Ford stealership in Plano off of Plano Pkwy, was there about a month ago and they had 4 or 5 gt's and saleens just sitting around
