Hey Trance if the offer still stands i would like to join you for this october fest thingy and see what it is like. I talked to G money and he said b/c of training he couldnt. b/c the marithon is the weekend of the 23. i cant beliefe that it is almost here, i still think he is nutz for doing it, but very proud at the same time. But let me know if the offer still stands.

I'm sitting here in Houston, all highway miles with an average speed of 85 mph, and I still only got 27-28 mpg!! I thought I would at least get up to 30 mpg. what do I got to do to get over 400 miles per tank, cruise at 70 mph?? My lead foot can't do that!!

I go to Dallas almost every month and I average 33 mph with cruise control on 85 and AC on at 70-77 depending on the time of day. Also you may be accelerating faster then you need to, I notice that how my gf drives and it uses up a lot more gas rather then just gradually accelerating.

see I dont do hardly any long highway drives. I never get more than about 270 miles to the tank. I wonder what the TL will be like.

^^^ I used to get around that when all my driving was going down MacArthur and back when I was working at Microsoft. Now I get anywhere between 360 to over 400 miles per tank since I am driving on the highway more.
