Hey, if somebody has their car track ready (and can get a tech inspection quick), we had one spot open up in the novice run group at Motorsport Ranch this weekend. That means you, Hanzie! The link is www.thedriversedge.net (tell them John in the black STi mentioned this to you). Cheers, Inferno

We just had a spot open in Green Run Group for this weekend at MSR.
Tell a NOVICE DRIVER LEVEL friend they can still get in if they sign-
up NOW.
See you at the track,
Rick

man, i want to soo bad. But the funds are low and it's freaking $250+ dollars? Whew, steep. Plus, i don't know if i can afford to burn my tires and brakes, cause i won't be able to pay to replace them. Maybe next time. Thanks though.
Yeah, I figure you need to free up $500 for the weekend so you don't have any worries (fee, breaks, etc). Just thought of you (and Mantis but he only has three matching wheels!). Cheers, Inferno

Seriously, sorry about that. Hope they can fix it--but be careful on a weakened rim.

Hey Guys! How's it been? Over 10,000 POST!
Looks like I have some reading to catch up now that I'm mostly done with soccer. Well head coach of one team that is. I'm still an assistant on another, but 2 less days a week regardless.
Anyway, we ended up winning our division and making it to the city wide playoff and lost in the semi-finals this past Thursday. They lost a close game to the #2 division A team, and we were division B. Not bad for a bunch of boys that didn't win a game the first year I started coaching them.
Still got some things to do, but I have some update to post. Like my getting to borrow my brother's 1966 Chevy II Nova SS. What a rush! It wasn't even running right and I gave a guy in a new Viper fits to 80MPH. There were some other kills with the TLS, a WRX was one of the better ones, but I need to get it cleaned up and do some tuning. It's been pretty much neglected during the soccer season.
Have a great weekend.

Austin was a fun when we had the mini meet, but Snaps and I stayed the entire weekend, and us and grayson had an awesome time.
It's funny how only 1 or 2 people who RSVP's my original thread about the Acurazine meet showed up....the rest of them, I don't know where they went but disappeared. If we did an Austin meet, it would be crazy and I think we would have an awesome time and possibly more members show up especially from Austin and Houston. I'm not too familiar with Austin but am aware of Lime Creek and 2222, etc etc. The parking lot up at Oasis is a pretty good spot, even Hula Hut. hmmm.... *pondering*

Oh, and to cool off your wondering minds. Snaps sold his ghetto sled yesterday. He is waiting for a final insurance quote before he takes the reigns of my White bitch
We'll know for sure tomorrow.

Since RES looks to be a terminal subject, I'm hoping to get headers some day. I'd get a chip mod, but it sounds like that isn't going all that well either. I guess I may have to get a real car that one can mod more easily. Which brings me up to my brother's car and meeting up sometime. Sounds like a plan. I'll need to see what weekend works. Other than a soccer tournament this weekend, it looks ok, but the weather is not real good. I'll post back once I hear from my brother.

Well I know If John says the check didn't get there, it really didn't get there. He sent me a check for them when he bought them from me, and all was gravy.
