So quick question guys...the weather, as I have been told multiple times here, won't be in our favor. Also there is something that came up that I can miss...but it would be hard to make up. So, does everyone like the date setup for this Saturday's meet...or should we reschedule. Also rescheduling would allow others, like Nelson, to make it...what does Dallas think?

So, IF EVERYONE ELSE AGREES. Then it will be moved to next Saturday. I have too many things going on this weekend that it would be difficult to fit in a meet. But if y'all wanna go then that is cool as well...

I'm out if we move it. I don't get Saturdays off very often, & won't have another one off til' April 10th, & I won't be in town that weekend.

Glad to see a new Dallas area member. What's up Joe? My name is Shawn, and you joined at a perfect time, because tomorrow we are having a meet at Dave & Busters at 7:00 (or 7:30). It is the one in Stonebriar mall in Frisco...not too far from Wylie...try to make it out. There are going to be some new people I haven't met either...

Ya...it the the second floor of the parking garage (what is pictured in the link) But it is always busy there and the security guards watch that area a lot...so maybe...but that is the place we should all park...on the second floor (outdoor part). If you cross that bridge and walk inside, you will see signs for D&B on your right. There is a lobby when you enter D&B and I guess we can all meet there. Or I can wait for like 3 others to show up, then get the room and everyone can meet there...

FYI...there is no outdoor entrance to D&B you have to come through the main entrance of the mall...

For you dfw guys that are lowered/dropped, do you guys have a camber kit installed? i'm hearing mixed opinions and wanted to see how you guys are holding up.

I'm about to pull the trigger on neuspeed supercup kit, but questioning whether i need to buy a camber kit as well. I'm looking to drop the car 1-1.5 inches max. nothing drastic. Any insight on camber kits will be a really big help!

It's really up to you. I got front and rears on mines so the alignment shop can align my setup to stock spec. (kinda). I'm on Tein SS. Also I would get a coilover suspension kit if I were you.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I'd love to get coilovers, but just cant afford it right now. I've gotten a few install quotes for $2-300 for the supercup kit. So with parts and labor im looking at around $900 for a suspension setup! Then on top of that im about to drop ~$800 on tires! next week. my wallets taking a beating!

i started researching a bit and this whole camber business just gave me a headache! Definitely want a proper alignment and i want the tires to wear evenly when this is all said and done. I'm just having a tough time coughing up the dough all at once! I've read that some guys have only done their rear? do i need fronts too?

It's supposed to rain all day and possibly snow tomorrow night so I'm not even going to waste my time trying to wash my car, but if you want to try to do a photoshoot of dirty, but wet cars, I'm still down lol.

I'll be able to make it up there by 7 and stay for like an hour or two. College bball

Oh man supra city....Lots of nice high HP cars. Left early though but it was fun...Drive sucked left around midnight and got into town around 4am. However hit vtak a few times and beat a few NA supras lol which is not a hard feat. Dave and busters is nice other than parking...Lots of kids which sucks especially on the weekend. But I had to park in the Dillards lot.

So Nelson...does that mean you can make it to our meet...since you are back? Or maybe I misunderstood you...

And, dude, imj...don't even talk about snow...it ain't happening. FOX 4 is unreliable and they are the only station I saw who mentioned "snow"

I'm probably not going to make this meet but I am looking forward to seeing some new faces, and showing off my car.

Also need my wheels reconditioned since they've collected some chips and were abused by Discount Tires mounting those beefy 265's.
