None that I know of. Maybe just people passing by? Got lucky and saw a few I dunno I didnt see them around the Dallas area so I assume they are probably not from the area?

hmm.. could be, I was there for the Cowboys game so they could have been there for that as well. They had TX plates though. When I saw the Laker'd out AM coming up on my tail I immediately thought ricer but both TL's looked pretty clean & they drove well. I lost them in congestion north of Waco so I'm guessing they live somewhere in that area. They're definitely not from Austin, at least not on my side of town.

Sounds good to me.

As for the caravan, that reminds me. We should have a little cruise or what not in the spring. I missed this year's toy run & god that was fun last year, even if the TL was in a mix of Ferraris, Porsches, etc.

Oh yea of course I missed the toy run also. I want to set up a meet down in Austin when Iron Rock Raceway reopens. But I dunno we will see. Hopefully someone will make a statewide meet soon.

I like that idea of a state wide meet. As spring nears we need to organize a ride somewhere.

San Antonio has Alamo Karts which is what many clubs have been using for meets now and they give discounts. Iron Rock has a ways to reopen since closing. Might be a while.

Nice meet saturday! Was good seeing those who I already knew and meet some new folks.
My appologies for not being my normal social self, but I wasn't feeling too great. Anyway, hope to see you guys again.

Nice I did not get to meet a few people out there. If they don't warranty they prob just warranty the paint part since it is not a factory option.

what exactly do you want them to warranty?

if the paint starts to chip within a few days they better fix it. but ive had mine painted for a long time now and its holdin up well

I don't WANT them to warrantee anything, they keep on making a big ass deal about it. 5 different people told me at least twice each like it was some big deal...

Ahh I see Trance pointed you out when he was introducing himself to everyone.

They are probably making a big deal about the warranty issue because they have had people bringing the job back in a few months wanting them to repaint it. Sometimes people are dicks like that and the manufacturer doesn't want to deal with it HENCE they keep on stressing that issue. I mean if its paint fault say within a couple days thats understandable but IF its an obvious chip that would be your fault. All I would recommend is if you could get the 3m clear film and put it over the grill. That will save you some problems. I wanted to do it to my car BUT the film looks funky on black cars lol.

Well the last two days have been fun...I got my grill painted AM like trance, I got 10,000k head lights and white led license plate lights. The grill came out good except for one little drip spot on the top corner, but I can't do anything about that. The car is finally back together and I need to wash it before Saturday. It is going to be really cold the next two days so, any ideas on how I can get it washed. I don't wanna freeze my ass off so IDK when to do it. Any thoughts?

Do it in the garage? Honestly its not too bad =D I have washed my car in 10 degree weather if not colder up north in IL to wash the road salt off my old car. Or just wear a big ass sweater and some leather gloves or something that doesnt absorb water. I can deal with the weather but cold hands are another thing.

As for the runs what you could do was bring it back and lte them know or fix it yourself which requires a wet sand and a buff to clear it up.

I've been out and about all day. Lol Nelson, as Ethan said you have a monster truck, you should be able to handle it. I did between 5 below and actual speed limit rather than my usual 5 to 10 over...lol
