I really like it. Im glad I got away from the notorious Honda/Acura transmission issues. Acuras are better equipped from the factory than the base IS350, and the sound system is better in my opinion, as well as the insulatiing on the TL. The IS has a bit of road noise, but I love the bump in power and torque, the rear wheel drive, and the 8 spd tranny. The leather in the Lexus vehicles is way nicer/softer than Honda/Acura. They ride and handle better than my TL did too.

I drove a 2012 IS last year. It had a nice, solid feel to it. It wasn't 100% perfect but I did very much enjoy it!

I was looking at the specs and it's really close to the 3rd gen TL, how do you like it compared to the TL?
i like it. I would say it’s definitely an acquired taste. It’s hard for me to compare this to my 3GTL. They both have their good and bad. I do miss the TL.

I knew there would be a refresh in 2020. So i just waited. When I started hearing that there was going to be a Generation change in 2022 I figured I would jump on it.
I love it. Honda left so much on the plate to mod. Really fun car to drive.

In 2015, I broke a gear, and the car went down. I ordered new, forged gears, and while waiting to put it back together, I got myself into a 2012 TL for my daily driver. Drove that until I traded it in for a TL A-Spec in 2020. A little over a month ago that car was totalled. I am currently waiting on a Type-S to arrive.

Hello DFW.... I'm back. I just sold my 3G TL and purchased a 5G TLX. I've been looking at the 2023 tail/wing on the Type S. Does anybody know if that wing will fit a 5G?
