Hey guys, I'm lookin at buying a set of eibach sways from someone locally but really only need the rear one. Anyone interested in the front sway for $100? Comes with brand new endlinks. Fits 2G TL, 2G CL, and 6G Accord. Ebay price is close to 200 shipped...

Completely shredded a bushing on my front passenger side and need to have them all replaced. I've already bought a kit, just need them installed.

^^^Peter & Mark - Sorry to here about your situation. If I can help in any way let me know and I'll add you guys to my prayer list.

 

I'm planning on taking the car in to have the clutch and timing belt done.

While it was there I thought about having my aspec shocks/struts replaced since i've put 115k miles on them. My suspension has softened up a little but I'm impressed after 115k miles they are still in decent shape.

David McDavid quoted me ~$800 to replace all my shocks and ~$900 to install.

Question: Would it be cheaper to buy an aftermarket shock of equal or better quality. If not, the way the aspec shocks have held up it's worth it to me to go with those and go another 100k+ miles.

Also: If someone wants to help me save $900 on an install I'd be willing to do the work with guidance and pay someone some money for it.

 

Silver Bullet^: bro do not spend 900 bucks to install your suspension! and as far as getn new shocks and springs go with the neuspeed supercup kit for 600 shipped. i just ordered the supercup kit myself. and i can get my friend to install you suspension for 125 bucks when he does my install too

thanks for getting us someone you think can help. i'm not going to do my suspension right away so keep me posted on what your friend agrees to. i'll look at ordering shocks later.
