Verizon and the Slider
I noticed on phonescoop there's a Slider SE44 which has AMPS 800, making it a trimode, correct? Does Verizon offer this model?

i was going to get the slider but cingular stopped offering it, apparently too many complaints about the keyboard size being too small or at least that's the BS excuse the sales person gave me,

eh... dont get that phone. the keypad is WAY too small. if u text alot, you'll HATE it.
also, the buttons on the main slide where the screen is dont light up. kinda dumb.

Everyone is moving away from tri-mode phones, especially Verizon, starting with Verizon. They have the largest analog network in the country...and they are SO wanting to shut it off.

The SE47/SE44 is by Kyocera, and much mroe reliable.
