another Outlook question, dont feel like starting new thread..
Has anyone seen this in Outlook 2003 - after an e-mail is sent, it appears in Sent Items as a draft. It says "This item has not been sent" above the To: field. When in fact, the item has been sent. Anybody ever seen something like this?

Srika, I've had that happen before; I just hit "send & receive" a couple of times and make sure it's really been sent. Sometimes it seems like Outlook is a little slow on the uptake. To prevent this from happening again, tinker with your "auto-save drafts" settings.

as much as I love Outlook, still have few complaints... There is a limit on the file size of all the rules you have, so once you hit the limit, any additional rules will not work. AND that limit is very very small. Sucks when I have over 100 rules, only less than half of them work, for the rest, I have to manually drag them into my organized folder, sucks sucks.

-Version of Outlook?
-Cached mode?
-Online or offline?

Try unchecking cached mode. Go into Outlook and hit F9. Then turn back cached more and hit F9 again.

I am curious on how one goes about just deleting a few entries in this file and not all of them? how do you edit the entries?
