I'm thinking about getting this phone, and switching to Sprint since a lot of my friends have it and PCS to PCS is sweet, and nights start at 7. Sounds awesome to me But is this a good phone? I currently have a Nokia 3650 (which I don't really like anymore).

I have the same phone and I love it. I don't use the camera or video feature all that much, but the phone itself does the job.
