You should just Buy It Now when it gets to $250.. I think that's still a great deal, and based on what you said your uses would be it'd be a great buy.

If I could find one for $250 shipped I would actually buy it at this point. However looking last night and today on Ebay I can't find any for less than $275.

Although at $275ish, I might as well wait out for a 1st gen refurbished 16GB iPad for $299....

For those of you still sore about the TouchPad, here's a great option: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Product...E%29.aspx?cc=1

Like seriously. Half the cost of a freaking iPad and IMO eons better.

iPad fails cause of no flash. Touchpad does that so no need to spend extra 130 on transformer althought it was one of the Android tablets I was looking at before.

Is there something like the iPhone app "air video" that let's me connect to my computer to watch videos thats on it? And will transcode videos that the device can't play natively?

If there is then damn, I want one even more.

Only thing thing left would be AirPlay

I think there might be on android? I'm not sure though. And it might require a root.

CIFS manager is one i think that can do it, but I couldnt get it to work I should try it again though

Ok so a local person just posted 2 hours ago 4 16gb touchpads on craigslist for $120 each. I am going to pickup 1 or 2 of them if they still haven't been spoken for already. Anyone else want one with just adding shipping on top of that?

Anyone who signed up for Box.net, check your accounts. Looks like they are trying to pull something with the accounts. Changed from 50GB/1GB file size to 50GB (5GB)/100MB file size. They are lying through their emails as well.

Update to the hopefuls: Sorry guys...I can't get any TouchPads. The rep I asked said they are clear out and still have a waiting list of other clients who have dibs.

If you want accessories (i.e. TouchStone, keyboard)...those may be more attainable.
