i was wonder which lcd is good to buy. like which is the best out there and when the new ones comming out.

mainly for my Computer use.
i used to have a viewsonic vp171b but its sold now.

 

They don't seem to have a wave of new releases.
I have Samsung ones at home, and they are pretty good.

 

That's a loaded question.
Are you asking for an LCD Panel television, or an LCD Projection television. What size are you looking for, and have you considered DLP televisions(ie. Samsung).

plasma... what a joke.. i feel sorry for the people that got them... :oX ecplise makes pretty coo small lcd's once again you cant just put a brand name and say they are the best cause there are a lot of comps. that are not big but make some nice things... look around and pic the one you like and if money isnt an problem well there you go... you got it pretty easy...

Personally if its just for a computer i like Samsung or Nec monitors, if you want something with a tv tuner and speakers then that should be a good. Dell does make good monitors.

Eizo's, according to these people, are always a good way to go. They're marked high on image quality and color. If I had $1,600 to blow on a monitor, I'd pick one up....

 

thats funny cuz pcmag and techtv rate it the best and cnet hates it..

dell or sony, i think they are rather sharp

 

some dells are made by samsung so they are pretty good

 

i thought they were made by sony.
anyway techtv and pcmag gave it great ratings but cnet gave it bad ones. thats so werid. oh well
