Apple: iPhone News and Discussion Thread
I'm actually more excited for the ~2900mah battery rumored for te 5.5" model. The ~1900 one for the 4.7" is too small.
It's only 9:37am and I'm at 67% battery
And no my iPhone 5 doesn't fall under te battery replacement program.

What is everyone's preference on iPhone adapter for an 07 TL with an iPhone 5s? I had a USASPEC in my 06 TL and it worked fine, but have seen another brand that has bluetooth as well. Also is there one out there with a lightning connection by default? Just wanting some opinions as I will be getting one installed in the next few weeks.
Thanks
Thanks
I have the iSimple gateway in mt TL. Has worked very well for over five years now, but can't speak to if the Lightning to 30-pin connectors will translate the controls and info, one of many reasons why I jumped ship two years ago to Android.
iSimple does make a BT adapter as well, and works very well, at least with my HTC One. I have to repair the phone each time I'm in the car, but that may be more a function of the phone than the device.

"We don't need bigger phones, this is the perfect size!"

I hope the 4.7 isn't too giant though. Prototype dimensions make it seem like the size of the Nexus 5.
I hope they don't rebrand NFC, iTap or something silly to fragment the market more.

They probably wanted to wait until touchID Was better developed.
Maybe how it works is that it sends a 1 time use token to the vendor and they can only take X amount of money. After it's transferred the token expires

5.5 is just retarded...
but if it has better components (camera, etc) vs the 4.7...I will probably end up dealing with the monstrosity.
If both phones are basically the same, I might go with the 4.7
But I think I have another year on my contract so I can wait and see.

It should be able to connect to both simultaneously. I'd check, but my BT module went bad and I'm not looking to replace it any time soon.
This is the one I have, wish I bought it 2 years ago.
I've always owned an iPhone, and I remember I use to be super excited when a new one was released. This year I don't even care. :/
I'm due for an upgrade in September, but I don't know if I'll be getting any phone.

and someone should dig up posts from last year where peeps didnt wanna go more than 4.5" and now they are ok with 4.7"
inb4 they are ok with 5.5"

Miz, I totally understand...
I had the original note and LOVED IT...It had a 5.3" screen and now I have the note 3 which is 5.7" but the form factor is the same...same effin length/width/depth, infact the note 3 is smaller in form factor....
the wifey went from Iphone 4 to Galaxy S4 and loved the bump in screen size and I just gifted her the G3 for her birthday which rocks a 5.5" Quad HD screen and totally digs it...the screen is awesome and the phone is only slightly bigger than her S4 and it is skinnier and lighter....
