Man if they just stuck a small "s" sticker by the 4, I'd be all over it.

Why should Apple release a complete new phone today? A LOT of people are still in their first year of a two year contract with the Carriers.
Next year a whole new phone with A LOT of people coming out of their contracts...

I'd consider the GSII, but no want the 4.x" screen

I'd totally consider AppleCare+ if I get a new iPhone, so nice that it covers accidental damage now.

iOS 5 is teh suiteness. Installed it this evening. The notifications....cannot get over how much better they are. Being able to access the camera from the lock screen is also fantastic.
Can't decide if I want to buy the 4S. Anyone here going to? Not sure it's worth the upgrade from the 4. Though I could probably sell it on eBay and have the cost of the 4S covered. Decisions...

I called it MONTHS ago...no 5, just a 4S...made too much sense.
Either way...very nice update, the camera is most impressive.
I will most likely hold off until the 5 next year...unless the camera ends up being THAT good. Then, I might upgrade.
There are a lot of people out there with 3G and 3GS models who will now upgrade (like my father)...and next year when the 5 is out, the rest of us (people like me) will see the desire to upgrade. Its all cycles.
As usual, the apple haters are out dissing the features apple is just now gaining...but as usual...apple took the time to do them right, and i'll be money they perform better than they competition.

And as said, with hands free laws in more and more places, for me DC, Maryland and every military bases I go to. And no texting in Va.

I've never really used Voice Control.
However, with a Moto T227 bluetooth speaker, it uses Voice Control to at least call people. Might be able to do other things. I tried this on my wife's 3GS in her car, that doesn't have BT built in.
Doing my iOS 5 restore now.
