oh snap, totally forgot the tough division we're in
Just realized all 4 teams in the NFC West have QB controversies, kinda. That or they're unproven or aging. Still, Smith has the most upside and best supporting cast.
I think with the current NFC West, we could even take the division at .500

I'm still hoping DirecTV calls me and offers the new subscriber package that gets you Sunday Ticket basically free. I may call and bug them on Friday about it.
Otherwise, I'll get them to give me the Red Zone channel for free.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was involved in a car accident early this morning in Boston's Back Bay section.
Brady reportedly was "shaken" but declined treatment, according to WEEI-AM Radio, at the scene (see WHDH video here) and headed for Gillette Stadium.
The two-car accident, which occurred at about 6:34 a.m., involved an Audi sedan driven by Brady, law enforcement sources told the Boston Globe, and a minivan. A passenger in the van was unconscious, removed via the jaws of live and taken to Brigham and Women's Hospital, police said. Sources tell WHDH-TV that the minivan ran a red light and struck Brady's car at the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Gloucester Street.
One witness told the Glob that Brady "looked a little shook up, shaking his hands." He went into an ambulance and a few minutes later was picked up by someone in a Jeep Cherokee and drove off. WEEI reported that Brady was believed to be seeing New England Patriots medical personnel.
"It took us a few minutes to realize it was him," the witness, who declined to be identified, told the Globe.
The witness' co-worker, who also declined to identify herself to the Globe, said of the passenger who was hospitalized: "He was pretty bad. He was lying in the back of the van," she said.

on to the next one...
I really was not figuring a win for us in this game, but this far from the end of our season.
At least I have a decent team to
for as opposed to having a team so terrible I need to
against other teams. Seems like a pretty miserable way to go through the season.

that said, yeah.... chemistry looked nonexistent out there. I had Sidney Rice on my fantasy team last year, I know how much Favre misses him.
