What! i hear Boozer and Noah are injured again. The fall of the bulls is on the rise because of a single robot.

Noah caught the flu. He'll be fine. Boozer...I'd give him another few games.

But, just shows the supremeness of Rose. Single-handedly leading the Bulls. Can you imagine if he had both his sidekicks healthy all year? Pffft, the LeHeat wouldn't even be within striking distance of the best record in the East.

Noah caught the angry birds flu and Boozer got hurt again so he can see his favorite old ass nurse at the hospital again.

i hope we do get the bulls in the playoffs, so we can demolish your so called"2nd rate player on a team", mind you all those games were close. If you get the Heat's D like what they did against the spurs. you can go back to watching your blackhawks.

Actually, I do hope Chicago's playoff road goes through Miami.

Nothing would bring me more pleasure than to see the potential embarrassment that may ensue if your team loses.

If you thought a 5-game losing streak brought some tears...Bring on Oprah!

Chicago: No expectations, no pressure to win the Title.

Miami: Pre-season title parade, party, So You Think You Can Dance episode featuring 3 big tall black dudes, and Title proclamations...

I think I know where all the pressure is.

So, off to the playoffs!

Good to see your team on the recovery...don't want to see them wheelchair themselves in, you know.

It'll make a Bulls series victory so much more sweeter.

Yes. Enough press about those guys.

The news and websites needs more coverage of Rose.

And you wish I was a Heat fan. It'd certainly bring some better karma to your team which clearly needs some.

Okay...I never really did pay too much attention to Anthony's play. Just that he made highlights on occasion and he scores his points...

But, just read the stat-line for how the Knicks are doing defensively since their trade for Carmelo...WTF. Does he even TRY to play defense!???

The funny thing is, he now plays for Coach D'antoni, who's teams play 'defense' by scoring quickly on offense.

No, because he does not know how. He doesn't need to, and it does not fit into Coach D's plan. When he was with the Suns, that was his biggest criticism. And maybe cost the Suns a few Final appearances.

Knicks knew that Melo is a 27 pts a night guy. That's all we should expect. So fans should not hold it against him.

Asking Melo to play defense is like asking Dennis Rodman to give you 10 pts a game. But if want 15 to 18 RB, Rodman is your guy.

Here's the article on the Knicks defense (or lack of) since Melo joined: http://nba-point-forward.si.com/2011...nk-at-defense/

Melo is a pure scorer he tries on defense but isn't that great.

Don't know if you guys follow the whole Duke vs. Michigan thing back in the day, or the controversial stuff that Jalen Rose has said about black kids that go to Duke (Jalen has called them 'Uncle Toms' in the past), but here's an interesting rebuttal Grant Hill wrote on the whole thing in the NYTimes.

http://thequad.blogs.nytimes.com/201...to-jalen-rose/

He ends the article with a little smack talk, lol...
I am proud of my family. I am proud of my Duke championships and all my Duke teammates. And, I am proud I never lost a game against the Fab Five.
pretty fun looking back at the Running Rebels and the Fab Five...

Okay, back to the regularly scheduled Heat vs. Everyone thread....

I just wanna say, it's pretty funny seeing the Knicks stumble even with Melo and Chauncey in the lineup, while Denver is simply surging.

I didn't see the whole Fab Five documentary only about the last 45 minutes but I do remember the time when they were around. While the Fab Five were very good as Freshmen and Sophs I didn't really like them because they were to arrogant and its that same arrogance and ignorance that cost them 2
championships.

Jalen Rose is an idiot and he never lived up to 1/2 of his hype.

The running rebels on the other hand were a different story they were some much more athletic, dominant and more fun to watch too bad they couldn't pull off back to back.

^^ I didn't like them either, but I loved the Running Rebs. West Coast bias in me I guess...but I never cared for Michigan, let alone Duke.

Got to go to a basketball camp/tournament at UNLV with my HS team and meet some of the coaches. It was really fun.

I think HBO has the UNLV documentary as well...I haven't got a chance to watch it, but I bet its just as interesting.

My impression of the Maloofs as NBA team owners are that they are more like Donald Sterling than Mark Cuban. They have a ton of money but they don't make any moves to improve their team. Now it seems like Socal is going to have 2 Clipper like teams one L.A. county and the other in Orange county.

The positive thing if they do move is the revenue that they will bring to that area and that there will be more local games where you can see the Lakers for less than Staple Center prices.
