what do you mean? Rondo was barely aggressive tonight. He was just making plays and not driving to the hoop as much as he should have...

After this series I think people are going to realize that Rondo is a top 5 PG in the NBA. If not top 3...

Man the best series so far Celtics-Bulls....I still think the celtics are gonna win just when they had trouble beating the Hawks in last years playoffs where in game 7 where they just blew up on them.

In my opinion, Rondo has been playing pretty dirty this series. Didn't you see him shove Kirk Hinrich in the scorers table, then try to elbow him when Kirk shoved him back.

I think its going to be a tough game 7 for both teams. Remember, they don't have KG this series.

Rondo is definitely a top 5 point guard in the league. I don't think anyone could reasonably argue against that since last year's playoffs. He's really maturing into a great PG.
Go Bulls though! I can't wait til Saturday night!

Bull/Celtics

I agree the Bulls celtics is probably one of the best i have seen in years. I am an Orlando and Hawks fan, but i don't see any fans on the thread. Atleast Orlando in on to the second round now, i'm not sure if Atlanta is going to make it to another round.

If there is a dirty player in this series it's Miller. Rondo was going for the rebound, got boxed out by Kirk Hinrich who was turning to run up court. Kirk tripped over Rondo into the scorers table, there wasn't a shove. Hinrich had too much momentum and when Rondo was in his way, he tripped. Simple as that.

I though that Hinrich should have gotten a flagrant for his response and Rondo the technical, not the other way around. Rondo stepped back and had his arms down...

What are you talking about? Tripped into the scorers table? He was slingshotted into it. Rondo was playing with a ton of intensity (cant fault him for it) but when they got together he pretty much grabbed him by the arm and slung him around.

Game 7 will be a breeze.

They ran into each other with plenty of momentum and he tripped over Rondo's body. There was plenty of contact but it wasn't like Rondo threw him into the table.

come on guys...it's a physical series, we all know there will be controversial calls like this everyone is just trying to do what's right noone really tries to get a leg up by hurting the other
i can't wait for game 7 though. physical, intense, in your face basketball, the same way it's been played the last 6 games
wouldn't be surprised if it goes into triple or quad ot lol

think about who you are going up against, and what you have to guard him
artest can talk all he wants, but kobe's 28 pts per game vs rockets this year speaks for itself, and now that bynum will be on the chinese flapjack, dare i say, bring out the brooms? time to sweep up some houston trash

The better team is always going to get away with as much as they can....as they should.

This whole thread is going to be a whinefest if we argue foul after foul and call after call.

I disagree that this is the best series in a long time, but I certainly think it'll be one of the best first round matchups in a long time if game 7 isn't anticlimactic.

I hope he comes back! Davis and Perkins have been out-rebounding and out-shooting the Bulls' centers all series. A non-100% Kevin Garnett would only help the Bulls.

I agree with this. You can't sit out for how many game and expect to come back with the right timing, right strength, etc.

nuggests is a total different team now since the arrival of billup and the great improvement of JR. they are a dangerous team in the playoff now and the Lakers are better watchout, don'tcount them out just yet.

I wish heinrich would of knocked Rondo out last nite. Rondo is a dirty ass punk. I hope someone whoops his ass tomorrow nite.

LA fans. I hope you team is looking past the Rockets just like you fools are. Kobe can have his 30 a game. We shut down the rest of the scrubs and the rockets have a chance.

If you think that fat, slow Bynum can guard Yao, you've got another thing coming. The lakers better front Yao. If they let Bynum guard him one on one, Yao will tear him a new asshole.

Rockets in 6.

Great. thanks portland. now we get these trolls. For all the contentiousness between the Blazer/Lakers this year, scholtew, a blazers fan, was a pretty good sport.

We'll see how the series goes. Quit being an asshat.

IMO, I wouldn't want to see Rondo suspended. he's been great this series, and its more fun to watch a game 7 with him in it.
