grew up in San Francisco now lives in NYC but i still love my Giants no matter what although the Mets are growing on me but never like the yankees cause they buy their rings with the amount of money they spent every year

Haters gonna hate.
Anyone can ROOT against any team they like. My question is why waste the energy?
So the Yankees not getting past the first round is somehow worse than another team not making it at all?
And I suppose no other team had any injuries??????
Keep the lols coming guys it is helping distract from my disappointment.

they sure don't but SF does and yes the Giants did bad this year cause of all the injuries they had this year but u gotta understand that the fact Yankees spent so much money on their roster and they can't even win the first round of the playoff ?

No. We're too busy beating up people in the parking lot and running ourselves into bankruptcy to be worrying about postseason play..but good try on the comeback. Hey, maybe the Yankees and Dodgers should get together and watch the rest of the post season on television, TBS has some great coverage.

After Boston the only team I had any real feeling for was Philadelphia. I wanted them & Lee to crash & burn. Mission accomplished!
Of course the D-Backs are not on my holiday card list but really I don't care.
I do enjoy seeing their stadium outside my window and loling however.

Nice....all the Phillies fans I work with can all STFU next week when I go in. I've been telling them all season that the offense is suspect. Can't win with just great pitching.
