3 Blue Jays make the All-Star roster

not bad for a team that was projected to finish in last

All-Star game is the biggest joke in the world. Fan voting needs to go, along with a bunch of other stuff.

How can a top-5 MVP candidate like Votto be left off? For Howard? Are you kidding me?

I do feel for Cubs fans though.
Probably the same feeling of how Clippers fans feel.

That is a disgrace....and I'm a Phillies fan. Speaking of which...

Reds are coming to town tonight, they'll show who has the better 1st baseman. Looks like the Phils will lose 3 of 4.

He deserves it. He killed the Mets on Monday.

It's tough to say this as a METS fan but the Cubs are a disaster.

The whole thing is a disgrace...loving some of the articles I've been reading about it on SI.com. When there's gonna be 77 players named All-Stars you know there's something wrong.

Been looking forward to this series...good luck. I don't really care, but I'm hoping the Phils or Fish win the East (sorry Ravi and Gibson)

Yeah, Lou is outta there...probably retiring. Sucks for them having all those giant contracts on the payroll.

How about Manuel wigging out about that ball that hit Rolen's arm

Like you can see from way over there

I agree with Manuel on this one.

They made the right call, but the 2nd base ump should have made the call right away. Why have a conference and discuss it for more than a couple seconds.

"It hit him. You sure? Yes!" See that takes 10 seconds.

That's OK. I'm hoping the Reds get back down to earth so they can trade Arroyo to the Mets.

As with any close call, I'd rather they take their time and get it right. At the same time though, I wasn't watching it live so I don't know the whole story.

Not sure why they didn't just look at his arm in the first place like he was saying.

Will Harangatang work?

Actually I would give you Arroyo...too streaky for what he's paid and we have the depth to replace him.

So, who's gonna win the Cliff Lee sweepstakes?

With some of the packages I've seen the Reds offering I hope they do it. Yonder Alonso is mentioned in almost all of them, and even though he's a former first round pick he's always been an underachiever. Not to mention the compensation we would get when Lee leaves as a free agent.

I am so happy right now for two reasons:

1) We dont have to face Lee tonight

2) We didnt give up prospects
