Roughly 3000 of moogs posts came during the last off season while basking in the cups glory. 1000 of them were arguing with yummy about goaltending. The others were all complaining about penners weight and pancake related injuries.

So, Chicago's team Cunt, Jonathan Toes, got awarded with an overrated trophy today...it's basically rewarding the one forward in the League who best exemplifies doing dick-all at forward and trying to pretend he's a D-man.

And srika, you may note that Toes also won the Conn Smythe Trophy...a silly trophy that rewards a player for a mere 16 games worth.

I mean, how the eff do you measure a guy's value/importance with just 16 games?!?? Way too little.

Wow...lamenting no-goals is whatever...but, the no-goal call in the 1st against Chicago was a back-breaker.

Still, to let Boston completely control play in OT was awful. This changes the complexion of the series completely. Let's see what Chicago does in a very hostile TD Garden...

Landed in Manchester NH at 10:34, got to hear the last 3 minutes of the 3rd and the overtime on the radio. Thank the hockey gods for Bob Beers and Dave Gouchers incredible play by play and color commentary.

"Bruins skating right to left on your radio" and from there they just paint the game directly in to your mind.

As intense as the series has been so far, one still cant call it, both goalies are playing outta their mind. I just wish there was some sort of consistency to B's play

I'll admit I haven't paid much attention to who should win what award this year but I can tell you Ovie's name wouldn't have been synonymous with the Hart IMO.

With the buyout rule now in effect, perhaps the UFA market will be better than below average this summer.

If GMs think "big splashes" are still the way to build a winning roster, erm...they have issues.

The cap is all about strong drafting, developing...At least that's my observation.

Neither would the Capitals. Both meant more to their teams than any other player this year. Tavares has played in the same system for the last three years. Ovie has had to learn three different systems in three years, learning this years system as they played through out the year.
