Actually, I thought the Hawks had a really good second period too. The scoreboard was tied...but, I thought limiting one of the better offenses in the conference to a few shots says alot.

So, domination of TWO periods.

Okay okay. Just to correct both you nimrods: BRUINS dominated the Pens. They shut 'em out.

3 in a row, very frustrating. At least they're coming home, time to get back on track

Pens are weird so far. They look great for 6-8 games, then they really, really, really suck for a game.

I'm sure things will even out more when they get their best player back in a week or so.

Caps, Isles just went to 11 round shootout. Caps won the shootout 2-1, game 5-4. Some pretty good goaltending in the SO.

Hawks win! Hawks win!

Craig Anderson is a great goalie. Still can't believe Chicago gave up on him...

Kings beat the lowly Canes.

Good to see Ersberg get a win between the pipes.

..and Kopitar continuing to lead the league in points and goals

For a second there I thought you said something about the Leafs being in the NHL and being an original six team.

Isn't there a rule about winning only 3 games out of your first 16..... gets you moved into the AHL?

What...? Your team can't tackle or protect it's franchise player either...?

If not, try again. Bad analogy.

Well, with Komisarek out with an injury...it reduces the obligatory retard-penalty the Leafs will take per game by a few.

That equates to less PP time for the improved Hawks PP...which equates to potentially less being scored on against the Leafs which equates to them having a hell's chance in beating Da Hawks.

Hey, if the Leafs can take it to the Pink Things, they have a shot.

It's been the same span of years the Kings have had no cups as the Leafs.

How's that 1993 Campbell Conference Finals game 7 working out for ya?

Stars win. And against the league 'best' Sharks. Down 2-0 in 3rd and come back to win in OT.

Sharks are where they are every season. At or near the top of the league all season, then playoffs roll around and they fucking implode in the first or second round, doubt we'll see anything new this season.

Hawks got lucky tonight...Outplayed in the 2nd and 3rd.

But what else can you expect from a team that has Matt Stajan as its #1 center. Unfawkinbelievable.

But I am starting to believe in Kessel. If only they had someone to feed him the puck.

Toews almost had a jaw-dropping goal near the end of the 2nd today. Nice save by Toskala.
