My question is wtf with these municipalities banning gatherings over x# of people. How is 250 or 1000 less dangerous? If one person in a gathering of 10 gives it to one person who then goes to a 249 person gathering and gives it to 7 etc it's still being spread.

I think at this point for things to end up working out the league will need to finish this season to not effect the draft and the fact teams made trades in preperation for the playoffs. Even if that means playing the rest of the season from Jun-Aug. Then take a break and play a shortened season that everyone will be aware of ahead of time next year.
