Apparently Ryan o'reilly wants to be a LA king or a UFC light heavyweight champion. Being charged with OUI and leaving the scene of an accident. No word yet on whether beat up any women, crashed into a pregnant woman, or temporarily returned to his car to grab his weed, pipe, and cash

He had just gotten that truck too. So stupid. Good though that it sounds like no one was hurt. Big contract has gone straight to his head I guess.

Huh, learned something new today. So either you guys were already aware (in which case f all of you for not informing me) or it's new for you too.
Tim Horton was an NHL player. He played for the leafs and the sabres, the sabres have retired his #2 jersey. In February of 1974, Tim Horton died in a single vehicle car crash while driving under the influence as well as being on a then legal form of speed pills. So that means that even though he died 41 years ago, Tim Horton can still be involved in a single vehicle car accident of a current buffalo sabres player. At least no one died this time.

The most amazing thing about Tim Horton has nothing to do with drunk driving or coffee shops. What a lot of people don't realize is that in his prime he accomplished a feat that to this day hasn't been replicated by any other hockey player and most likely will never be accomplished again.
He won the Stanley cup
while playing for the Toronto maple leafs.

The Dallas Stars signed defenseman Johnny Oduya to a two-year contract on Wednesday. The average annual value of the contract is $3.75 million, according to ESPN.com.
With Oduya under contract, Dallas Stars general manager Jim Nill feels his team is ready to move into contender status after failing to make the Stanley Cup Playoffs last season.
Dallas acquired forward Patrick Sharp and defenseman Stephen Johns in a trade with the Chicago Blackhawks last week for defenseman Trevor Daley and forward Ryan Garbutt. The Stars signed goalie Antti Niemi to a three-year contract on June 29, two days after acquiring his exclusive negotiating rights in a trade with the San Jose Sharks.
"We have to start moving up," Nill said Wednesday. "Jamie Benn just won the Art Ross for the scoring race. Tyler Seguin just turned 23. He's starting to come into his own. Cody Eakin's just had success over at the World Championships. Jason Spezza was a top forward at the World Championships.
"We're in the beginning, of I think, where we should be starting to make the jump."
Oduya was the final piece of the puzzle that Nill was looking for, the GM said.

Yumchah, is it true? Did Patrick Sharp sleep with your wife too?
That cup run was extra impressive considering all the news reporters and teammates wives/girlfriends Sharpie was banging along the way.
