Venezuela?!?!? I laughed man. Too bad I wasn't in Caracas for that enhanced Latina orgy.

Peru tied Ecuador

That second France goal today was a 'stunner'.

Nice equalizer by Russia. Loved the look on the English faces at yet another collapse.

Yeah. It's unfortunate because of the obvious handball, but Brazil didn't look all that good anyway.

I'd expect FIFA to ban the player for the remainder of the tournament for the handball.

Great goal by Venezuela.

Did Venezuela and Mexico really get smoked that bad yesterday. Venezuela didn`t look too bad (except for the worst PK in futball history) but Mexico just gave up on every ball.

Mexico just looked bad and after a few goals quit trying. I think it was the 4th Chile goal, the Mexican defender may stared at the ball when he could have easily cleared it.

Should be a good set of semifinal games. USA is gonna need the 2 extra days rest.

Great USA/Ecuador game (I was on vacation). Offense looked pretty damn good in that game. Still some dumb errors where Ecuador could've tied but I'll take that win.

U.S.A. vs. Argentina today. Some are calling it the most important game in U.S. soccer history. We need 90+ minutes of great defense. Not only do you have to stop Messi but also keep an eye on Higuain.

This is an important game "biggest one in history" sounds a little over blown. This team is growing, and a big win will definitely help vault them forward.

Saw some Germany/Northern Ireland at lunch. Should be 4-0 but only 1-0 Germany.

USA losing 4-0 to Argentina was hoping we could of least made some good passes. Anyways, Messis goal was just as good as it gets. Argentina looked great.

Missed the first half....didn't miss much apparently. Argentina is light years ahead of us. Their passing, their defense, their goals.

after the 2-0 halftime, i expected USA to take some risks to try and get it back but obviously that opens you up... at that point, it doesn't matter if it is 2-0 or 7-0...

Messi is just pure class and his goal shows why he is the best... he can put that ball any where he wants...i hope Argie can go all the way... i'll wear my jersey on Sunday... i wore it for the World Cup final, and i worked for a German bank at the time... all my colleagues were giving me sh!t, then we bought each other beers...

Yea that Messi goal was beautiful! Upper 90.. not even Neuer could have saved that. And I was expecting the US to win by a couple goals

Chile vs Argentina.. without a doubt the 2 best and most deserving teams. Should be a good final.

LOL Messi blasted it into space. Sucks.

The ref deserved a red card for such horrible officiating.

I don't believe it. I think it was an emotional move. He will come back and play in the WC in 2 years.
