The team to beat Alabama, if its going to happen, will be Arkansas. Last week, Penn St exposed Alabamas weaker area, the secondary. If Penn St had a somewhat decent QB, that would have been a different game. Alabama got very lucky with Penn St's poor decision-making by the QB.
We've seen Arkansas has the potential to make it a long day for Alabama fans...

It depends, I don't think UF beats alabama, but you are pointing out a weakened secondary...Brantley is a true pocket passer and we do have playmaking ability out of WR's. I don't think we can stop Alabama's run game, but I do think we can shut down Jones, the main issue would be Hanks IMO

You're not going to be able to roll the ball back to Brantley at Bryant-Denney-Sabansshitdoesn'tstink Stadium and win.
We've still got a few weeks, but Florida hasn't shown me that they won't lose. Maybe not get the doors blown off, but it's still firmly in Bama's column.

like mentioned on the last page..
if you're going to beat bama.. you wont do so by shutting down all of their offensive weapons.. they just have too much individual talent.
you just need to score more points...
and protecting the run or pass mainly against UA will get you in a bind quickly..
do what you can on defense.. and hope your offense scores 28-35+ points

We have a few more weeks til bama. If we can get our O in sync then well give em a good game. Our defense is sick, and I know that theyll be pumped for the game

thier wideouts are talented... not heisman material.. but good enough to call dangerous.. we all know of jones' skill.. and like mentioned above.. they have other underrated players that can show up big.
and when you have dangerous wideouts and TWO dangerous RB's..
shit gets outta hand.
good luck in the game.

didnt you know you was talking about ED! lol.
i watched some of his HS games in town a couple years ago...
i dont remember seeing him run the ball in the endzone, but apparently he has scored... good for him .
but still.. not even close to the same level, yet.....
thanks for reminding me a local boy is in the stable though i swore it was goode running the 3rd back spot the whole time.

hopefully next week we get the ball rolling on Kentucky. At least get in some sync for the bama game after. Im still happy were 3-0 though. Hopefully Urban is making us look bad on purpose so everyone overlooks us and we come in and stomp Bama

The way we are playing now, Alabama will completely own us. I still say South Carolina sucks and will be exposed very soon, and Auburn's comeback was impressive but I'm not so impressed with them. To be honest, I dont see Arkansas, UF, SC, or Auburn being so good this year, I think Alabama can and would easily stomp all of them. Hopefully I'm wrong.
