Just found this great list of restraurants with awesome beer lists in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. I have tried a few places but I think I may have to make it my goal to try the rest by years end.

Does anybody know if NC is doing that BS thing where they hold your tax refund until June again this year?

Good. I thought it was kind of stupid. Just another form of state borrowing by defering payment into another fiscal period.

Jason your'e such a wheel whore
How many sets do you have? Trying to hook a brother up on a set? Even though I just got the A-Specs powdercoated, I'm ready for an aftermarket set.
The_GPW_AP2, that's an awesome picture. Do you have any more you'd be willing to post? Or maybe give me a link to a thread where the rest are posted?

Don't do it. I get that feeling way too often and I end up regretting it.

Its actually the first time I have gotten the feeling in a long time really. Its mainly cause I did a current funds and incoming funds analysis for the next 2 months in my head and went eeeek at my spending would be in like a months time.
Basically knowing that I am placing an order for wheels this week for the IS-F and will need tires for them once they come in as well. Plus considering the possibility of a suspension for it as well. However sometimes I see pictures of stock height IS-F with with 20s and it looks fine so I don't know.

That black F is finger licking good. Mmmm
BTW I went and test drove a Ford Fiesta Hatch this weekend. Very sharp car and I was impressed with it. I mean, 6spd automatic, couldn't feel the gear changes. And 6 cupholders up front! That's alot of drinking and driving! lol FIESTA!!! lolol
My suspension is coming off this week. If anyone local is interested, PM me. ALSO I still have my chrome grille for sale. I'll sell it for $225 straight up. No trade required. I NEED a stock grille asap! Even if I have to buy it myself.

I am taking off the suspension this week. PITA. I overtightened almost every nut when I put on my new shocks so every single nut is rounding off now as I try to take them off. So I have to use a dremel to cut through the nuts and studs on the top hats. So I'll have to buy new top hats. Sucks, but I hope to make back the $$ when I sell the suspension.
You should buy my I.M. cover Tyler. If we trade it'll be ALOT cheaper than $95. ALOT CHEAPER! PM me and I'll tell you what I can do for you.

Anyone think it would even be a good idea to put these wheels back on the car???
Back Then:
And this shot just for the memories of all the time and work it took to get ready to go to and also leave each show. This was the most elaborate time I did it as it was for the 7 hour trip from PA to NC. I now have a trailer so I no longer do this.
Compared to my last two sets of wheels on the car:

Granted I'm biased, but of those three, I think the Devotions look the best. Did you have polished or chrome centers? They look almost as shiney as the lips.
The tape job is insane , but you did a great job

I kinda feel like the CE's are just too central to the car. It's one of the main things that makes it striking, eye-catching, etc...but just my opinion.

If I were to do the devotions I would really have to stance them for sure and most likely get wider lips for them. If I added a .5in lip to the fronts and the rears making them 9 wide they would need a 5mm spacer in the front and a 10mm in the back to be the same stance I have with the time attack ce28s.
However I am doing brushed with chrome lip on the IS-F so maybe the TSX needs to stay with crazy colors.

I had full polished ones which I absolutely loved. I got really good at polishing them which is why they always looked so shinny. I love the look of your brushed ones as well. They appear to be clear coated in a gloss clear coat. Definitely were not as shinny as your lips though thats for sure.
These converted to a 9 inch wheel would be too hot. Fat lip > crazy colors. And you could always paint the centers if you didn't want brushed, yet still be able to go back to brushed if you changed your mind. The joy of three-piece wheels - you can change the finish of each piece whenever you want to change the look of your car.

Nicely done Lance! Are you going to be able to deal with a lack of power in the new car? I freak out when I get done driving my TL and then get in Mitzi's Civic. I push the pedal and it doesn't go!

^Like any time I have a rental. I can't imagine how people drive cars like that all the time.
It's funny, though...I'm looking at cars with more power, but the TL has more than enough for me. I just wish the power band was shaped differently; that's it. That's the kicker with getting a more powerful car - I'll have a bunch I don't need .

I agree, the TL has plenty of power for me. The lack of low end touque kills me though. I'm hoping it gets better whenever I get the j-pipe and race pipe.

I think I'll be alright with less power. Sometimes you have to take a step backward to move forward. I'll have a fast car again one day.
I'm not sure if I like the changes in my life right now. Seems like I'm losing alot lately, but some things are better. I guess. I just have to keep putting one foot in front of the other and hope that the decisions I am making right now are the right decisions for my future. Like getting rid of the TL.

That's all you can do - keep doing what you think is best. Time will tell if it is. And whether it is or not, in the future you'll just make new decisions with the same outlook/expectations, that they're the best. Rereading that, I know it doesn't sound very reassuring, but if you accomplish your goals, then you made the best decisions. And from where you've said you've wanted to be and what you're now doing, it looks like you will get where you want to be.
