Well people. I think I am getting out of the TL scene. I just ticked over 95k on my car and I still have three years worth of payments. I honestly don't want to just pay it off when it rolls over 150k miles. Plus I don't want to deal with the 105k service.
I need smaller payments. Plain and simple. It'll be a downgrade for sure. And I think my TL is the best car ever, but I need to start thinking about the future. Mainly save up to move out from under my folks. Also I am 28 and if I meet any girls I don't want to bring them back to my parents house. In 3-4 months time I plan to move to Florida. And losing the TL is the best way to save some $ and expenses.
I'll start pulling some parts off my car to put in the black market in the next couple weeks. So this is a heads up.

Thanks Tyler. The other thing is all of a sudden everything else seems so much more important than spending money on a car. I have lost the desire to mod completely.
So far I've looked at Nissan Sentras. I'm still looking though to see if there is anything else worth buying.

What year Sentra are you looking at? A friend of mine got the new body style when it came out and I was really impressed. Keyless entry/start and such.

Like 2008 or 2009 model. I like the way they look. And I've found a bunch that are in the $10k range. That would knock over $100 off of my payment. Plus the insurance would be cheaper I am sure. Plus it takes regular and not premium gas. Another bonus.

In regards to sentras...
my sister has an 07 SL sentra (first yr of new body style.) I have to say I am impressed with its features, leather, keyless ignition, bluetooth, etc. its also deceivingly roomy and has some pep to it for an economy car. Was a bit too small for my comfort though, which is why i opted with the altima. She has had the car for a while now (i think 4 years possibly 5) and she has not had a single problem with it, except for some reason one of her foglights keeps falling into the bumper ??

You guys that go to meets, should check out the import alliance drag racing in shelby,nc this saturday.
Their are so many that go.hundreds
racing starts at 3 and is only 10 bucks wether your watching or racing.
It's definitly more fun than eating and posting up next to your car,that's for sure.

Not much Tyler, getting adjusted to living in a new country, its very different from the US, but its pretty cool. The Germans are very nice and most seem to speak English so its not to bad. As far as the cars here, yea this is euro land bmw's, benz, opel, ect.. Ive only seen 1 2g TL around on the base, so as far as i know ill be the only 3g around which is cool. Those euro Accords look pretty sweet too, US Honda should really consider using that grille on the cars in the states. Ill get some pics when my car gets in.

Definitely time to get rid of my car. I went and did one hard acceleration and my clutch slipped bigtime. 1st was ok. Then in second it was slower than normal. And then while in 3rd the rpms shot up real quick with hardly any acceleration so when I got to redline and shifted into 4th and the rpms shot up with almost no acceleration. Afterwards I got the most potent burnt clutch smell. No fun. But I ain't gonna deal with it.

Can't decide on just replacing front two tires or getting new wheels. If new wheels I still have to narrow down which three or should I just invest the money.
Two new front tires $600 shipped.
New Wheels $4200 shipped.
Trying to decide between the Spyder, FM-10, and RX-10. Wheel finish would be brushed aluminum with matte clear with Clear coated high polish lips. Possibly considering chrome lips as well which is what all pictured have but I have normally hated chrome.
