Jack I'm sorry to hear man. Good luck on finding something else!
I can't imagine how many people apply each year but my dad works at SAS and loves it. Have you thought about sending a resume there?

So who all is planning on braving the weather tomorrow and coming to Cars and Coffee in the morning? Looks like the rain should be stopping by about 8 or 9am.

my dad might be taking a job in CT ... which is about a 90 mile commute each way ... he is currently taking the bus into nyc, so needless to say his car is a lease as well. basically he was going to take my car, and since im in mileage trouble to begin with he offered to buy out the car (for himself, not me).
After that he will eventually give the car to my twin stepbrothers who are turning 13 this year, so by the time they are old enough to drive it will be an older, but still nice car to start out with for them. so it will stay modded, sans the front windows and windshield tint (very illegal in NJ).
So that leaves me down a car, but now i have to be smart about a car purchase and go with something fairly cheap, but something that will still satisfy me, and thats why the cls-6 will be the perfect choice. My next choice would be a 5.5 gen 6 speed maxima.
Should I be this excited about getting a car 6 years older than the one I currently drive and most likely nowhere near the condition i keep the altima in? haha....
i reallllllyyyy miss my TL-S...
while I'm rambling, the guy who bought my car constantly sends me pics and videos of all the mods he has been working on with the tl. New, lightwight sound system, about 120 lbs in weight reduction, comptech icebox, legend calipers, and Getting springs and shocks soon. all kinds of handling upgrades. It makes me wish I never sold the damn thing. Especially since everytime i ask him about maintenance he says its been perfect! I knew I wasnt selling him a POS car though, but still, he hasnt had anything go bad on him! I wish i had that kind of luck.

Fuuuuuu...
I'm $166 lighter today.
Drove to Albemarle today for my speeding ticket date (69/55). Reduced to 60/55. $25 fine.
$141 costs.
Previously had a 36/35 in Charlotte (Oct 2006). $50 fine; $110 costs.
What a racket.
(I am guilty as charged. Have no problem paying my fine. But cripes the costs are just ridiculous).

^ That's why I've slowed down over the years. I got tired of providing extra funding to the city/county/state.
EDIT: wait a minute, a cop wrote you a ticket for 1 mph over? Wow.

Guilty of 36/35. Ticketed for 44/35 .... and other minor transgressions (which were dismissed).

It's always the court costs that lighten the wallet, not the actual fine. Bunch of BS.

Yeah tickets suck. Thats why I am looking into the Escort 9500ci because the F is just to easy to get to 90 and not even realize it.

Pics from cars and coffee to come tonight. Was a pretty good turnout for a rescheduled event. Lots of Ferrari owners showed up. I think there might have been 10 of them.

I have no idea. I noticed it on a few other people's profiles last week. Just go to your settings and scroll down. You can type in all sorts of stuff like Skype account and such. Pretty cool. Now people can hella stalk you
