I honestly wouldn't want a car with that little mileage and being 17 years old. Seals and gaskets that don't get used, end up leaking.

I agree but someone buying that car won't buy it to drive it around. It'll be a museum piece somewhere. Also, he'll probably get close to that price for the car since black on red is a hot combo.
yeah, it will definitely take the right buyer to pay that price. You're right- it likely will sell for over 30k, just depends how long the seller is willing to wait for that right buyer. I could see it if it was an AP2, but an AP1 at that price... man...
Just like the 1G NSX. NA1s go for half as much as NA2s. The worst is for 1996 NA1 owners, and then the 1997 NA2 owners. One year makes a huge difference in selling price.

Can this hold up to using jack stands?
$2.50 per tile. Much cheaper than if I had someone come do epoxy. Based on what I've seen so far they hold up to jacks and Jack stands. I plan to play it safe and use pieces of ply board with them. Hopefully I'll complete the flooring and mount my cabinets this wknd. I should make a thread in home and garden but I'm too lazy
Here are a few more pics. Will get better ones this weekend when I take out some trash. $2.50 per tile and I used just under 500 tiles for a 3 car garage. Easiest way to clean is to use a leaf blower or vacuum. The flooring is everything. Everyone that has seen it loves it.
Did you need to prep the floor at all? Is the idea then if you spill any fluids then you don't even bother cleaning it ? Or would you remove the tile at the location of the spill?
No need to prep, just sweep. I actually spilled beer on Saturday and all I did was pop up that one tile, wipe it up and pop it back in. One of my biggest concerns was screws or other objects falling through but the slots are really small so I don't think that should be an issue. If there is dirt build up over time, you can always separate the flooring in huge sections, sweep/power wash and then snap it back together. See the link below for reference
Man, that really changes my ideas for the garage.. I do have a large crack down the middle of the garage slab (stupid earthquakes). When I was first thinking about epoxy, the crack would have been a problem I'd have to fix prior to applying the epoxy. But with these, I think I can get away without..
DIY epoxy will be a little cheaper and pro epoxy can run up to $2500 easily. With that said, majority of persons who have had epoxy have to deal with issues such as the flooring coming up to due to hot tires and stuff of that nature. This setup ran me a little over $1200 including the edge pieces for the door. If I ever move again, I can basically pick up the floor and take it. Installation was a breeze. I completed half of the garage in just a few hours the day I got them. There are solid tile options but I wanted this look plus the solid tiles are more prone to expansion when exposed to direct heat. I am debating doing the raised section to the front of the garage as well. I am a member of www.garagejournal.com. Tonnes of information there but you will go broke easily. The flooring and the cabinets I've always wanted and it was a "new house" gift to myself. It was one of those things I'd keeping putting off if I didn't do it now. Happy that I did.
www.garageflooringllc.com. They are vendor on the forum just like race deck. The product is listed as true lock HD ribbed on their site but it is the same thing as race deck free flow. The boxes were labelled race deck when they showed up. I ordered sample of the race deck and hd ribbed and concluded that they are same. The owner of garagefloorinfllc indirectly confirmed it too. I am guessing he couldn't outright say it due to business reasons.
I would love that option, and I've done the epoxy thing before.

Thanks Dave. I spent weeks messing around with that designer but in the end decided to keep it simple. With the design of the free flow tiles you automatically get that checkered look
