I got my windows re-tinted on Saturday, just the front ones... rear ones are 15% and front are 22% but everytime i'm driving and compare them, front ones look more dark. 
But from outside it looks sicks

As far as i know, non-metallic these days should have a warranty against fading or discoloration

I was thinking about putting 2 tvs in headrests but now I don't see any point of it, maybe later on but right now just navi to tv/dvd.
any good dvd players that can play vcds too? cuz i bought some vcds from india

well it depends, not all DVD Player can play VCD's but i'm not certain. VCD's are such a pain in the ass, i've never had any luck w/them 
maybe its just me 
I wouldnt put headrest monitors, why have ur passengers enjoy something u cant
