Well I have AEM CAI customer cat-back exhaust.

Just got my IM and TB spacers, and fuel pump. Looking at ordering myself some lightweight pulleys for xmas and maybe the APEX or AEM fuel management systems if they will make a difference.

I want to be the fastest 2G TL that's naturally aspirated without NOS or a swap

 

wat up AZ norcal. its been hella long since my last post, was in da neighborhood and decided to stop by. anyways i got another project for next year...JDM front end swap wit a Honda Inspire front end on my 01 CLS. sounds crazy or stupid idea but i dont give a fudge! i have the time an money. was just gonna go wit the usa parts but found the jdm parts hella cheap. i got the grill and fender for $120 and waitin on the next shipment from japan with my hood, headlights and bumper and got those for $350. and dont trip, cus i did alot of researchin and found alot of sources and help so thats y i decided to go ahead and do the swap.
ill keep ya updated.

Hey Tim! Good to see you back on the forum! Looks like you got some good ideas up your sleeve but it might be tougher then you think without custom work. Not too sure how I feel about a honda badge on the CL since there was no japanese counterpart.

BTW, I'm loving the exhaust

well the only thing that i see rite now that needs to be custom worked on is the fenders. the CL fender is flat and the TL is round. the hood and the bumper i dont know cus i havent receive them but ill find a place for them. i will also need the TL hood latch cus ours are lower and the TL is higher so imma head to the junkyard sometime this week to grab one. the headlights bolt fits perfectly with the original holes cus i compare it wit a 02 TL. but yea i will need to take it to a shop and have them work on the fenders and other stuff too. damn cant wait til i get the rest of my parts, stupid shipment gonna take a month to get here

head to sunrise junkyards if ya want parts. that where i always go if i needed parts, never to the dealer, only if last resort. some recyclers sells them for hella expensive, some hella cheap. so take your time and shop around. $200+ or more for a used cl/tl headlight!? no thks, ill pass.
