Thanks Bryan. Actually I think Mazda produced a gunmetal colored version of the wheels for some special edition or soemthing. Of course they are hard to find.

Yes, I meant the TB spacer. I mean intake manifold gasket reduces temperature of the intake manifold and that increases power..... All very simple.... but once you have it, there is like no heat to be passed from cold IM to intake tube.... so idk

I seen the gunmetal ones on a RX8 forums yesterday. The Mazda guys do grab them up quick. How much did you pay for your set?

You should get a TB spacer. They are cheap and they add power. They have a port for nitrous also

If you're a wings lover (chicken wings) come out and enjoy the food. Entry is free and only 3 or 4 bucks to get samples from all booths. If you're heading up, email me. eddie.tran@gmail.com or txt me at four oh eight five nine seven seven seven five one. Have a good and safe fourth you all.

From what I understand the Tein Basics go lower than the SS's.

Personally I have the SS's and love them.

oh snaps! haha i didnt know you were still on todd, we havent heard from you in a while.

after a little research, the comptech springs were made by eibach. so you can by eibach springs too or get these if you want the name. They are the pro-kit springs which lower the car 1.0 inches all around.

I think I paid around 250 or so. The lips are scratched so that shaved off some of the price.
I looked at a set in citrus heights and one of the spokes was cracked where it met the barrel. I was like no thanks lol

Well, yes, but then I got a killer deal on H&R springs and Koni's and could not resist. A relatively mild drop, but meh.

I got a good deal from what I remember...

Just can't remember the price but it was still a lot of dough.

The engine was blown while running it with no oil for an extended period of time like a dumba$$

haha yeah I'm going to Sac state. Official move-in date is August 15th. I really doubt that I'll be there on weekends since it seems like a pretty dead area compared to the bay. I went for orientation last month and it was already 105... and Summer hasnt even officialyl started yet. Can't say I'm too excited to see what the real summer is like haha.

Recently parted out, but the cars gonna be back by this weekend hopefully (coilovers shipping in this week). Wonder if you guys will recognize it haha... whole different look . Everythigns already on the car - just waiting on the drop

I do not complain much. The car is pretty comfy almost anywhere. Its when I have to drive over huge bumps and speed bumps that I scrape something

I remember when I moved here from sf, I actually liked the heat. I was so sick and tired of cold and humid summers.
