I went well, we now have 10 gallons of mead brewing, along with 5 gallons of a white wine. i am going to try and start another batch or two of mead this week. My wife wants me to make a chocolate mead recipe that I found last week, and I want to try a few others as well.

 

haha, let's go for lunch on feb 2nd, then brew that shit the same day? or does it take much longer than 1 to 10?

 

do all the meets have to be down town that such a hall for me but what eve i make it ill make it just a thought

 

It takes about an hour to start the brew. Most of the time is spent cleaning everything and getting set up though.

As far as meets downtown, they dont HAVE to be, it just seems like a central place to meet since people are in St Paul, White Bear Lake, Mpls, Golden Valley, etc.

We are open to suggestions. And this summer I would like to find some good driving roads that have good food at/near the end so that we can have some fun driving, not just standing in an parking lot.

yeah i was looking at good scenic routes, but the ones i found were drives like 200 miles away from us. i found this other road that was supposed to be pretty cool. with we had something like the Dragon's Tail

 

That's one way to put it.

As for the Dragons Tail, you really dont wish it were near here, that thing is higly patrolled, highly dangerous, and lots of people are killed there each year. My dad rode it on his wing and said it was common to see a tractor trailer oncoming in your lane or blocking both lanes. Nightmare!

I heard that 10 south was pretty nice along the way down to WI, and from my motorcycle days I know the alphabet roads in WI are always a good time.

my birthday is on feb 2nd. 18y/o!! too bad i'll be home having a party with friends. i told them if they are going to get me anything..."a donation of a little $$$ would be GREATLY APPRECIATED"...so i invited like 60 ppl.yes they are allll friends. lolololol

but here is an update on my build...since the last time i posted. i've saved up $550. now i need just a little more to get those coilovers...then a camber kit...cool thing is my teacher is gonna show me how to do my own Alignment on my school Alignment machine...damn sweet!!
