I registered a domain to put on the cards: http://www.mspacura.org . It's just pointed to a google placeholder page that points to our specific forum topic.

The domain tcacura was taken and while msp-acura. or msp-acuras. might have been clearer I'm always in favor of shorter and punctuation free. If someone wants to put actual content (gallery, calendar, etc.) up on that site I'll turn it over gladly, but for now we've got something short to put in any cards.

yeah I know what you mean. I'm in the same boat did graphic design for a few years and hated being in front of the computer all day - now I work for Target and sit in front of a computer all day. I think we should just go with the Vista Print cards unless you guys want to may to have them printed somewhere (it's like $13.00 for 100 business cards at Staples).

We don't really have any content for the site, save for some pictures of our cars. We just really need a logo...give it a shot if you have spare time!

That's my old ride, it has TEIN SS suspension still on it, didn't think it was worth it to take them off and sell them. They are crazy if they think someone will pay $18,999 for that car.

I'm still alive and kicking, but after last week, just barely. Haven't had much time to do anything other than wash the car, so not much has changed. I'm just about out of Mead though, unless you like the saffron variety. (I don't think you tried that one...) I'm having a brew party at my house on the 26th though, so some honey goodness should be available around January or Feb of 2009.

I was going to do headers soon, but I got screwed out of a referral bonus, so that's off for a while. I may be able to do the pulley soon though...

I agree, there's no need for any site content. I just wanted to make a nice, short address (http://www.mspacura.org) that we could put on cards instead of a long description on how to find us in a topic on acurazine.

 

Diffuser business is dead in the water unless there is some hidden untapped market I am missing. The demand is not enough to make them affordable right now. I'm still looking around though.

Ive got a place in town that cuts vinyls all you have to do is design what you want he will scan them and BAM! out pops your vinyl.

I want a 2003, but by the time I am ready to buy one, I am going to have to get an E60 because 2003s will be entirely too old and will have too many miles on them.

What kind of costs are you looking at for vinyls? If the price is right I might want to purchase quote a few of them in different colors. I need to get some made for Roaylty Racing, my brother's shop. (and mine too if I can find a decent space up here)

In other news, I have been wasting time at work messing with the http://www.mspacura.org/ site. Go check it out and give me feedback. I still need info on your cars (mods if you don't have a sig on this site) and if you want a particular pic of your car used in the bio section I'll need that too. Also, not sure if you want your first names on there like I put mine, so if you don't let me know and I will just use your Azine name in its place. Still need to put some pics up directly on the photogallery section (will probably do that in dreamweaver). And I am going to add a small Acura logo on the top right of each page.

I like that idea too. I just checked out the tristate site and I like some of the things they have going. I will modify the members section to be more like their's - a thumbnail leading to a page with more pics and descriptions of mods. I also will add a videos section if we ever make any (that can be shown on the internet without risk of dire consequences).
