Is the Blue ridge different than Skyline drive?
Does it cost money?
I have no problem paying, but I just think when you look at the big picture its a rip off for every car to pay 15$, thats over 1000$ to hold a meet, why not just rent out a bar or something for that much?

I kept my mouth shut before when this meet was going to go as planned and was going to roll with the fits to skyline, hoping that once we got there it would just be a grand ole time, everything would turn out str8 an there wouldn't b any problems. Originally I thought this was going to be an ACURAZINE meet, mainly TL's since thats mainly what acurazine is. When I saw other sites joining in I was like aite its w/e. Was I more excited about going to an exlusively acura meet? definetly! just cuz i stated my opinion AFTER THE FACT all this shit went down doesn't mean u gotta jump on me bout that shit. If everything went as planned you would have never known cuz I wouldn't have said nothin. I still want to have sum sorta meet somewhere. Sooo does anyone want to start somethin up if nothings goin down anymore or what? New thread mayb?

For me, this is still going on. Those that want to run to Blueridge can go, I decided to go this way since some people wanted to have a closed meet. Highly understandable if you just want Acurazine.

I just want a meet as well doesn't matter what cars. I have friends everywhere but kept it Honda/Acura based. I didn't think this would turn out to big such a big deal.

So to clarify, everything is the same, meet times, caravans, all that. Only difference is the cruise portion. You choose which one you want Skyline or Blueridge.

I don't want to involve myself for inviting unwelcomed guests.

We should just stick to the plan that we have now. we all meet up in manassas and when we roll out we go separate ways(skyline or blueridge.)

I jsut dont see why some of you people have a hard time accepting other car forums to this MEGAmeet, its not like our Acura's are any better than the other cars such as the fits,civics and etc. Shit some of you are making this unsuccessful, we had a great thing going alot of people were down to go to skyline and everything was pretty much planned well, and a few negative comments later this shit is turning into something that some members arent down for anymore. Man i swear this Azine meet thread along with some of the comments make us seem like we're are some high class car group, shit we have Acura's, its not even a big deal. We are beginning to be like the bmw, and infiniti forums where their meets are closed for thier forum only.

Making the first suggestion to take 211 to Skyline drive that is were a FIT will be put to the test nothing personal. The more and different kind of cars the better. This will give me an idea what should I buy next.

WTF happend to the open, accepting, acurazine community that I joined??? Look.. we are all car enthusiasts looking to share ideas and spend a little time with others who appreciate their cars.
I mean seriously guys.. Acuras are still Hondas on the inside, so let's chill a bit and try to refrain from the douchebaggery.

I don't mean to be harsh, but we can't afford to lose good guys like Faiz who represent us well just because of stuff like this.

On a side note: Feel free to join us the following day (Memorial Day) in VA Beach for our annual Memorial Day Car Show at the Philippine Cultural Center. I don't know why this has to be so difficult...... If we want to "blend" in we need other cars........ gonna be kinda strange that all that is coming in to the park are Acuras.

I don't want us to be like other car clubs (which I won't disclose) that act like they are too good and/or twist their mouths at the sight of a car other than the brand they drive.
