Basically anytime after this weekend. My Schedule changes at work so I'm only working Monday and Wednesdays. Prob middle of Oct would work for me. Gives us a month to get things together

 

Saturday October 31st looks good!

 

Looking at my calendar, The only weekend I have open in Oct is the 10th. 2 weekends are eat up with concerts and Halloween is Party time down at ECU. First weekend in Nov is a good one too. Should be great weather.

yea roger brown's is good, it don't matter, lets decide by 8 pm tonight, my vote is roger brown's.

 

Both places are cool, but parking might be a problem.

 

both places have parking garages next to them. Only issue is Roger brown changed menu so the food isnt as good as it used to be.

 

Then we can do the town center. There are several places that we can go to there. We could also park near the Penbroke Mall across the street, so we could stay together.

I know some of yall have done this before (eric) but I need to change mine and dealership is charging too much. I know we have to do 3x3 change. So is it 3 qts, 3 times? so that means I need 9 qts total? thanks

 

yeah and each qt is like 7 and change. you drop 3 qts add 3 drive 5 mins drop 3 add 3 drive 5 mins and then drop 3 then add last 3 and your good.

 

damn that's a lot. I see why honda offers a flush now but its like $150 though.

 

I'm kinda surprised they even offer a flush b/c most of the things that I've read say to never do a flush on a Honda/Acura tranny. I think it may even say that in the users manual...not 100% sure on that though.

 

That's true Josh. It's not recommended to flush the tranny to keep it well lubed.

Im gonna try to go to. Ive never met any of you guys, aside from ludachrisvt, I havent seen him around the forums lately though.

 

Do we have any details on the day of the meet yet?

 

Only thing that is narrowed down so far is Oct. 10th at the Town Center near Penbroke Mall. Just need to decide on which place to for the gathering.

Would like everyone to through out some ideas that are familiar with that area.

 

I know we had talked about Pembroke Mall but I also wanted to throw out that AIK is moving to Virginia Beach and will be right next to Lynnhaven Mall. They Grand opening is the 9th, so we could also use that as an option if people want to try that out.
As for Pembroke Mall, there are tons of places to go in Town Center, as for the Mall though, the backside (by the movie theater) is always empty and there would be plenty of room to park and hang out as long as the cops didn't bug us about loitering. There is a Kelly's Tavern in the mall from what I remember, but I don't know much else. I'm not a mall kinda guy.
I'm deployed right now but I'll be back in time for the meet and should be able to make it unless the wife has already made plans that I don't know about yet.
