I work for IBM. Ive been going out to Chesapeake since the 12th. Luckily tomorrows my last day there.

Im a tech so I dont have an office, I just go around to banks, stores, and offices and install or service equipment. Since I dont bring spare parts around with me, IBM doesnt feel that they should give me a work truck. So the result is 36,000 miles on my car since August 2008

 

Nice well I wish is had that gig. 36,000 x .55 = $ 19,800 for travel + your salary...Jealous

I dont have a TL or Si. Its all on the CL. I do have a Civic, but it isnt road worthy yet.

Mileage is 58.5 cents/mile btw

It definately helps since the gov't cant tax it. It just sucks seeing a car that I like to mod get run down so quickly. Every other week something else is broken or theres another rock chip. It sucks.

 

I'm game for a meet. Not sure how many people are interested or if anyone is willing to do it, but I did a BBQ meet 2 yrs ago and it had an awesome turn out. I can help organize this but it was a decent amount of work for just one person to do. Not sure if anyone else has any ideas though. The 19th or the 2nd work for me...but I have something going on the weekend in between.

Whats going on. Well I just got back from traveling the world. I have been on major mission for the company. You know that covert type shhhh....jumping out of high speed trains, copters, rockets....you know that stuff. I have been wanting to chat but, I know that you guys had email and cell phones and my Nano technology systems that I have would not communicate with out date tech. I will be back on earth for awhile so, maybe I could run into some of you. I don't want to see Eric, I see his azz enough at work.

a bbq with just hampton roads with good eats and a cruise which is more to what im leaning towards.

Some how i don't see anything happening on the 19th. I think too many of the guys are enjoying their summer and not coming on the boards hahaha.

 

I'm down for the 19th but I guess nobody wants to cook lol. We can always do something else besides a BBQ.

 

We could me at some restaurant or something and do a lunch and a cruise. I say we could go to Cheeseburger and Paradise near Lynnhaven like we did before.
