Damn free lunches. They're giving us a free lunch at work today at a country club. I have my oatmeal sitting here but I'm not even going to pretend I'm going to eat it...

I was thinking of getting in on this to try and knock a few more pounds off but I'm going to just sit on the sidelines at 12% body fat.

I first weighed in on Wednesday at 224 and today I'm at 221. I ride the exercise bike everyday for 40 minutes, and walk the dog (its more of a powerwalk, half is uphill) for 2.5 miles. I feel so much better then before and I really want to go running, I just need to get some decent running shorts.
I'm eating around 2,100-2,000 calories and try to end up with a 800 calorie deficit at the end of the day. I'm using the Calorie Counter app (android) and it's awesome, it really helps with keeping everything logged and tracked.

219lbs today. I've got to step it up on the cardio and diet but I've been hitting the weights hard. I want to be 200lbs by Acurafest.

There's no better motivation then someone trying to break your arm or choke the life out of you.. or kick you in the face. You pick your poison, I like both.. but I have some mental faculties missing.

I'd like to join in this.. I'm 6'4'' at 191 lbs. Except I'm not really THAT fat, just really out of shape. Hitting the track every weekend keeps my cardio up but I would like to tone up quite a bit, possibly hit 200 or 205 when it's all said and done. Guess I'm going in the opposite direction of you guys, but I'm in if you all approve

This is something I have been working on since January of 2010. I'm 6'3" and my football playing weight was 190. I went to the DR right before Christmas and realized I was pushing 250 pounds.....For me its totally more about what I eat than my level of exercise.
I am on my feet and moving all day at work, I run a mile or two and nights before bed and I watch what I eat and last time I weighed myself I was down to 226. Have dropped from size 40 shorts and jeans back into my 36's from a few years ago. Shirts are starting to hang off my neck, definitely time to buy some new clothes soon. I don't really have a goal weight, but I already feel much more healthy and am much more active than I was at this time last year.

rmatic are you measuring your bf% or just assuming the same lean weight and hydration week after week?

232..
Conclusion.. diet is absurd. Need to stop cheating and stick to it.
