This is an example of what can be done with weekly progress pictures. I call this guy the Asian nazi, hes probably my best friend but in the gym we're enemies because he pushes me harder than I've ever been pushed.

^Nice transformation by your buddy. It's seems though he just maintained between May 07' and Nov 2008'?

Either way he obviously found what works for him and that's the most important part.

He's one of those people with a lot of knowlege, a lot of will power, and a great work ethic. When I do my cutting, I let him plan out my meals for me, when I do it on my own I end up eating 800 calories a day and losing as much muscle as fat.

I'd like to think I know alot, do have great consistantly and drive, but my dieting could be better. Part of me thinks that I'm only human and not a machine to where I want to eat what I want but still be conscious. I dont eat fast food every day, but I certainly treat myself to a pizza once in a while. I mean come on, we live in America!

I'm the same way. I eat healthy most of the time but I've been known to enjoy life too. I try and stay in ok shape so when I have to cut, I'm not dieting for more than 3-6 weeks.

And I forgot, it's amazing how much bodyfat makes a difference in how big you appear. My friend (Kaden) looks huge now with the shirt on at nearly 200lbs but looking at the pictures he looks bigger in the 170lb range with the shirt off.

Dude, the Asian guy went from normal to ripped in 2 days (5/1/07-5/3/07). It is because he added vasoline or something? Personally, I think he should've stuck with that size rather than bulking up again but to each their own.

^Some people just look for change. For me, if I can maintain what I have now for the next 20 yrs of my life I would be happy. I just dont have it in me to see what I have now and lose it all just to get bigger.

He's not really trying to get big at the expense of bodyfat. He's taking a temporary bodyfat hit in order to build muscle faster and then cutting the bodyfat toward the end. I'm doing the same right now while it's cold and I'm wearing big clothes and jackets. The cut is coming in early March for me and hopefully I will be no less than 215lbs when fully cut but we'll see about that.

Wait until you get in your 30s. The bodyfat doesn't come off quite as easy but surprisingly I can put on strength and muscle faster now than I did in my early 20s. It's still a little scary, the thought of getting older and losing everything one day.

Don't remind me. That thought of hitting 30 is very scary to me. Working out, staying healthy/active is in my blood. Heck, my dad is 65 and still referees basketball games. I hope to be in his shape when I'm older. I agree though, the thought of getting older is something I wish I could erase from memory.

Can you see your dick yet? jk LOL, you can thank me for your motivation at the gym.

By the way dude, it's all in good fun. I know I'm not a daily PW but dont take me seriously. I do know what I am talking about for the most part. Heck, it's what I wanna do for a side career. I do wish you good luck and look forward to seeing some nice results.

update:

tonight i did chest,i wasnt really feeling up to working out tonight, but when i got there,i went crazy. i only did chest tonight, trying to focus on my lower chest mostly.

im happy to say that i raised my all time max 15lbs,for 8 reps tonight on the decline bench.(dumbells)

i was looking in the mirror and posing to see what parts i want to focus on,and there was this huge dude gettin ready to bench and he looked over at me and gave me a nod and a thumbs up. that was a huge compliment. and then another dude who saw me tonight stopped to talk to me and was like "man u are getting way tone since the last time i saw u" ...another big compliment.

all in all,a very good workout with some nice motivation.

thanks for stoppin in!
