back in the gym after 3 months + holiday eating (pics)
so i gained like 20 lbs over the past 3-4 months...and it was cause i completely stop hittin the gym and started drinking 2-3 monsters a day plus eating everything i could.
im back in the gym and ive already lost 7 lbs and can tell my muscles comin back fast.
i hope to lose alot more body fat and get my muscle up by the time my wife comes back in june from deployment.
im eating more lean than bulky foods..so im going to do my best to build as much but focus more on body fat loss.
and an oldie but goodie lol

^hey thanks for droppin in man.
i carry most of my body fat in my mid-section and in my manboobs (sides of them)
so thats what makes it the worst lol. my arms and chest usualy come in fast but my traps are so tough to work out cause its like no matter how many shrugs or rows i do i cant get them to grow! lol

i normally jog/run/jog/run/walk/run/walk/jog.....u get the idea lol...i cant run for long periods of time...i just cant do it...my wife can run and run and she never gets tired,i hate that about her lol
im not doing cardio yet...ive only ran once since i got back in the gym...but normally i do cardio 5-6 times a week when im cutting down. diet and weight training alone works fine for my arms and love handles,but my lower stomache wont go down unless i run.
i never have a weight goal..but id like to maybe get down to 200-215 again...but i dont think thats possible anymore since im alot more muscular than i was when i used to be that weight.
prob in the 8-15% body fat range..

First thing first, cut down on carbs. Then, in you case, I would emphasize on cardio more, run, treadmill, ellipse, heck, spin class, whatever. And definitely combine it with free weights, utilize more reps/lighter weight concept.

Getting rid of the fat on the side boobs is the hardest fucking thing.
Even the Rock resorted to plastic surgery to remove fat when saw his side boobs get a little chunky.
I carry my weight in the same places. BLOWS.

Again, cardio should be your main priority. There's no point in growing your muscles when you cant even see them over your fat. Unless you wanna be like one of those guys where you're hunched over with no neck wearing tight shirts thinking they're huge.
And you dont "hold your weight" in any certain place. It's your overall BMI. Lower that and you will see improvements across the board. You may see results in more areas than others.

haaaa haaaaa you're fat. joking offcourse. man I am in the same boat. Holidays did me good. I gained 10-15lb and I stoped going to the gym for about 2 months now. I am 5'-10"ish and 210 at the moment. I am also trying to lose my belly fat since my upper budy is still somewhat cut and my arms are too. The hardest part is going to the gym alone. I need someone to keep me company or I am not motivated at all. Good luck with reaching your goal, I know its a pain in the ass

By the way this isn't my first rodeo so this is more of a progress thread than anything, not that the above help/suggestions weren't appreciated.
I know how my body works best to my workouts. Every time I offer to bring a friend they flake on me but I'm fine working out alone.
I prefer bsn products but am concisering dropping a no product completely cause taking that and lipo 6 keeps me up at night.
Also it's my thread no hijacking ! LOL. (doom lol)
