update: Sorry I haven't posted lately. The mill been going like crazy. plus our damn bag stacker crapped out last time and I had to stay extra late and stack like 10 ton of bags by hand.
Plus I've been busy helping on the farm.
Sierra Home this week I've been playing with her and enjoying while she's home.
Now about Amy: I called her Thursday night on my break. She really wants to get back together. she still wants a new place. She's willing to change.

And if you don't buy her the new house?
Have you asked her if she still loves you? Really loves you?
Have you asked yourself the same question?
If the kid wasn't in the picture, what would you do?

No to the first bold sentence - she's tired of staying with her mom and you have nicer stuff.
Yes to the second sentence. She also wants more diamonds.
No to the third sentence. She's been like this for how long? Best of luck with that. I have a request. When she spends all your money on a manic run then runs off with a latin dance instructor with your daughter to the Dominican Republic and gets half your farm - don't post about it. Bipolars either are or aren't medicated/treated and that decision is made by them for them. There is not this "I'm gonna change now because I love you so much". Good luck - my money is on you losing everything in this situation which would be fine and dandy if your child wasn't gonna have to suffer for it too.

The only way you should take her back is if she agrees to be medically compliant; then, after a period of mental compliance and an agreement for her to go into therapy, then and only then should you allow this crazed dingbat near your home. Furthermore, she should be nowhere near your daughter; she poses an emotional and - over the long run of an untreated mental condition - a physical one. Her promises are pond scum unless they include being medically compliant. If she doesn't agree to be medically compliant, run, don't walk, to the nearest shark/attorney and estabish grounds for divorce and custody using her unfitness as a mother on the basis of an untreated mental illness.
And in the interim, do NOT buy her bling. Don't even buy her a new house. Both of those are manifestations of insatiable need driven by her manic stage. You could be richer than God and she still wouldn't have enough "stuff";l by the time you figure that out at the rate you're going, she will have stripped you as clean as a hoarde of locusts working on a wheatfield.

ric, you had him, then you had to mention the wheat field. :ibwatergoesoff-trackaboutthetractorsagain:
^^More like flash backward 30 years. I think Derek is a little younger than the guy in your pic. And you know that woman would actually look pretty good
if you knocked 30 years off her age.

If you need help collecting, sorthing through, and organizing your grievances against her and justifying why you should be the one who is awarded custody of your daughter let us know. You need to be thorough and methodical when you explain this to your lawyer or else a crucial piece of evidence may get omitted and you may lose the custody of yor daughter.
Honestly, if you run some of this stuff past some of our forum members you'll effectively be availing yourself to the opinions of lawyers and physicians whose insights may prove valuable in preparing a case to defend the custody of your child.
