Well, speaking biologically, I'd say anyone that is sexually mature is normal to be attracted to. Most females reach sexual maturity between 15 and 16. Pedophilia is defined as attraction to pre-pubsescents. But the fact of the matter is, if you are over 18, and they are under 18, legally

If a 19 year old has sex with a 16 year old, and the parents decide to do something about it....they could probably get him on something.

'too young' to me is more a matter of maturity (both yours and hers) than age. if she is mature enough to understand the actions and repercussions, then she is 'old' enough. if she is 25 and still doesn't know enough to insist on a condom every time, then she is not "old" (read: mature) enough for me.

 

From a physical aspect once they reach that level of maturaty I would agree that an attraction would be normal. HOWEVER, too young both has to do with legality and the state of mind of "kids." Frankly, If I was 19 their are plenty of other hot chicks in that age group I would rather chase. Regardless of how "ready" they may claim to be, a 16 year old really has no business with someone any more than 5 years older than them, even that is pushing it.

The best advice given to me when I was 16 was to sleep with as many girls as possible because I was going to look back and always wish there were more. I didnt think it was a big fucking deal until I turned 18 then a huge door was closed and realized that most older people know what they are saying when it comes to being young and being around girls. I was dating a chick my senior year who was 2 years younger then me so she was a sophomore and I got nothing but slack for it when I went to college dating a Junior . personally I like for them to be in college for at least a couple years. the age gap between my ex and me was almost 2.5 years(she was 22 and i'm 24) . the age gap between my new girl is 21 and i'm 24 . the youngest i'd go is probably go 19.

Q1 has a lot more to do with the guy's age and the mental maturity of the girl. Most would agree that she should be at least 18. Q2 has more to do with when a girl physically matures. I don't know what Britney's sister looks like, but if she has boobs and curves and generally a woman's body, I don't see why there's a big problem with appreciating what you see (especially if it's on TV - might be a bit creepy to stare at a young girl in the mall or something). If you think a flat 11 year old his hot, you've got SERIOUS issues. Guys that have sex with 16 or 17 year olds have big time judgement problems, but it's stupid to call them a pedophile.
