I haven't read all six pages, but I know when they're too young when they show their own behavior. When they act all naive and can't make their own decisions, then they're too young. When one's mature enough, she'll know how to decide or what not.

Most people see their maturity level fall when they drink, even the 30 year olds that I know. You'll notice it gets worse as you get older.

I think that ^ got it right. 2 or 3 years here or there isn't generally a big deal... unless it crosses legal boundaries. I mean, there's a big difference between a 15-year-old and an 18-year-old in comparison to a 19-year-old and a 22-year-old. Even though both are 3 years in between, it's about where those years fall. I don't think that 2 years is anything to bitch about. Hell, when I was 17, I lost my virginity to an about-to-be 19-year-old. 17-year-olds are minors, but the age of consent is 16 in my state and many others. Until you grow up to the point in your life where a handful or two of years don't matter... stick with the 2-3 year rule.

When I was 15, I was about 17-year-old boys. I'm 19 now, and I didn't fuck around with a 21-year-old until last month... because he was 20 then. Call me crazy, but the rule has ALWAYS worked for me.
