I say use your best judgement, and if your judgement sucks stay the hell away. Stay legal and keep yourself out of trouble!!! I'm 23 and the youngest I'd hit is 18.
I had a friend who tagged a 14 year old on spring break a few years ago, she lied about her age (said she was 18). We later found out through one of her friends her true age. He was 21 and I can vouch for him she didn't look ANYTHING like 14.

Youngest I'd probably go is 20 or 21. While the 18's and 19 year olds may be tempting, I don't think I could deal with them. College chicks are slightly more mature then HS Seniors or fresh out of HS... but who knows.

Oh and by the way, if you go to another country and tag a 14 year old and its legal there, it's still illegal here in the states, so you could be brought up on federal charges. According to passports, U.S. citizens are bound by U.S. federal law in other countries.

Yup. Most states have statutory laws that you are charged with regardless if the girl lied or not. Even if they show you an ID and it turns out to be fake. Its pretty whack.
