Ahi tuna over greens:
Ahi (about 6-8 oz)
Sear it, 1.5 minutes per side, then remove from heat
Slice up
Euro cucumber (1/4)
Radishes (3)
Cherry tomatoes (3 or 4)
Avocado (1/2)
Greens
Mix together
1-2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
Wasabi powder
Put dressing over greens/vegetables, then slice the ahi and lay it over everything. Pretty tasty.

Holy hell it was a lot of food.
I smoked the meats myself and gor a perfect rare on the prime rib.

I've been doing a simple cauliflower for the past few lunches:
As much cauliflower as you feel like eating
Enough olive oil to coat
Salt
I'll sometimes add a some red pepper
Mix everything in a bowl, set the oven to 350ish, put in for about 25 min, shaking the pan every once in a while.
Tastes pretty damn good. I'll even throw in some garlic.

I get the ahi from Whole Earth. Not sure if it's sashimi quality, but if it isn't, it's pretty darn close. I did make a sauce, Asian aiolo: 1/2 cup mayo; 1TSP wasabi, more if you like it spicy; 1 tsp honey; 1TSP soy sauce; and 1 tsp dijon mustard.
Now that I have my grill and rotisserie going, I did a 5# prime rib with thick cut grilled new potato and grilled bell peppers of various colors.
After that was a rotisserie of 2 herb encrusted chickens, with grilled zucc and asparagus.
Love the set it and forget it aspect of grilling with the rotisserie.

Thanks for the aiolo recipe. I'd also be interested in a "lighter" and tamer sauce - i.e. no mayo and no wasabi.
