Need ideas for Ahi Tuna Steaks

I bought some Ahi Tuna Steaks, but have absolutely no idea what to do with them. B and I realize we need to add some more fish to our diet, but we're not fans of Salmon. Love Halibut, but are trying to expand.

Suggestions?

Easiest way is lightly oil,Salt, Pepper and grill (Only to mid rare). Serve with some great herbed Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Also, cut it down and pound it into Carpaccio, serve with some EVOO, Balsamic or soy and capers. Fresh chopped italian parsley or pesto would be excellent also.

Sushi is always good if the fish is great.

I make a marinade out of Soy sauce, sesame oil (little goes a long way) and Wasabe powder, grill for a minute or two on each side, sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on and slice.

I love tuna but get tired of searing it so we made sushi the other night. I was thinking it would be hard but it came out surprisingly well. Def something to think about

I generally do it "tuscan" style

rub the fish with salt, pepper, lemon zest and cilantro, the zest really adds a nice flavor to it.

^ Like I said, I'd replace the rosemary with cilantro. I find rosemary to be a huge pain in the ass, particularly wen grilling a tuna steak.

Here's my Tuna Steak Marinade, always gets rave reviews.

1/4 cup - Soy Sauce
2 - Tablespoons EV Olive Oil
2-3 Cloves of Garlic (I peal them and use a garlic press)
1 - Tablespoon Lemon Juice (I usually get a fresh lemon and squeaze half in)
1/2 Teaspoon - Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon - Basil
1/2 Teaspoon - Ground Black Pepper (I use a hand grinder for freshly ground)

I mix the Soy and Olive Oil together in a 1 Gallon ziplock, press in the garlic, and squeaze in the lemon, then mix in the spices. shake up all the contents in the bag so they're good and mixed up. Then add 4 Tuna Steaks at least 4 Ounces each. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes in the ziplock, flipping a few times.

Heat grill to medium-high heat, cook steaks for 5 minutes (depending on thickness and rarity desired) then flip and baste with the marinade with a basting brush. Cook for another 5 minutes or so on opposite side. You can also cook in a pan, but I always prefer the grill.

My husband makes ahi tuna burgers that I love. After he marinates the tuna in soy sauce and lemon juice for 30 mins, he sears them on an iron skillet (about 2 mins on each side, depending on the thickness).

In between 2 burger buns, place a slice of pineapple, the seared tuna, creamy chili sauce (see below), and pickled ginger.

Creamy chili sauce:
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp. Sriracha style chili sauce, Huy Fong Sriracha, Tabasco
1 tsp. lemon/lime juice (optional)
