Destiny & just got into The Crew beta, so I'll be playing that as well.
Chariot at some point too.

 

Still on GT6 as new content becomes available. Restarted on Skyrim again, being lvl 60 & pretty much completed all the quests I can find, got a little boring.

 

Still working on Tomb Raider. Apparently, this mission is to track down some wolves...?

Not a bad game. Lara definitely was coded/designed to be easy on the eyes.

 

Just picked up Gran Turismo 6 and Madden 15 (PS4). I bought Madden 02-08 and not a single one since. Refreshing, and very different obviously. I also really suck at it now. Can only play Pro mode and make 1-2 reads before I panic/get sacked

i am still one of the few D3 players left. But the days are numbered unless they come up with something new. New rift got boring within 3 days.

For some reason console games just don't excite me as much as when i was younger.

 

I'm done with all the Metal Gears for now. I have the following PS3 games so I'm up for suggestions: The Last of Us (demo didn't impress me but everyone says holy shit it's good), Uncharted series, Walking Dead Season 2, finish Bioshock 1 and then do 2 and 3, Tomb Raider, Borderlands 2, Resident Evil Chronicles. A lot of these were free through Plus so I don't have to play all of them. Oh shit in checking my PSN history I forgot I have to do the Deathstroke Challenge in Arkham Origins.

 

Plants vs Zombies 2. The newest level just came out a few days ago.

 

The most recent game isn't bad.

Decent storyline...action is very similar to Uncharted series.

 

Oddly enough I've been going back to Goldeneye lately. The N64 version, of course. As a matter of fact I've been playing that plus Perfect Dark as well. IMO Goldeneye does seem a bit better than Perfect Dark. Great game though.

 

Close to finishing Tomb Raider...probably another 1-2 hours left. Not a bad game.

 

Been playing GTA5 a lot recently. Picked up VC when it was on sale a while back. Its age shows, but it's still fun to play. Still have Shadow of the Colossus and Lollipop Chainsaw to play.

 

There's a huge PSN sale. I got Bayonetta for $8 and it's supposedly similar to hack and slash like DMC and GoW. Plus Mortal Kombat 1-3 for like $2.50.

 

Bayonetta is a bit like DMC...with a weird-witch-chick...I played it but could not finish it...

Then again, many people enjoyed the game.



On another note, finished Tomb Raider the other night. Good game. Need to go through a few places to reach 100% now but otherwise, I'm between games again.

The reviews for the new Alien game have me really interested and I'm also heavily considering The Evil Within.

 

Loved Bayonetta...wish 2 had come to consoles. It's like GoW with flashier moves.

 

Going back and trying to finish LA Noire. Put it down when GTA V came out.

 

I'm just glad a 2nd game was made. Sega cancelled it before it was even announced. I'm "going" to get a bonus next year so I'm sure I'll pick up a Wii U + Bayonetta 2.

And I liked Bayonetta's combat better than God of War. However GoW is a bit more forgiving with the quick-time events. I swear there's a point in Bayonetta where you're given all of one-third of a second to react to an enemy throwing something at you in one of the movie scenes

 

Have you played it yet? Just curious since I keep reading online that people deem the PS3 version as "unplayable" due to technical issues. Myself I've only encountered long load times and sometimes when there's a lot of stuff going on the framerate drops. Of course you can remedy the load times by installing the game.

Just wondering since I really don't see a whole lot of what people are complaining about

 

Yeah I played it over the weekend. It does have a slight lag. I kind of took it as an early PS3 game glitch. DMC definitely plays better and the combos are much better with the usage of the R buttons. I'll keep playing Bayonetta though and try to provide more insight. I didn't have an option to install it, maybe it did it automatically but I'll check the options.

 

Still playing Destiny, but for this weekend, I'll be playing Evolve instead.

Wife got me a Wii-U for my bday, been playing the crap out of Mario Kart 8. Much better than previous entries, it feels like they got back to their roots with this one. They have some classic tracks from SNES, N64, etc as well. Can't wait for DLC.

I never played any of the DMC games for PS2... but I did play the demo for DMC4. To be honest it was pretty meh.

And I definitely want to give Mario Kart 8 a shot if I ever get a Wii U. That and Pikimin 3. I loved the first two. Hopefully there'll be some kind of Black Friday deal this year for it somewhere.

 

MK8 is awesome. But primarily with friends. And alcohol.

We made a guy drink so much he went outside and crawled under his truck to take a nap. It was 10 o'clock at night.

Played through the first 3 chapters of Walking Dead Season 2 yesterday (home with a broken foot). Not as good as the first one and the game hates my left analog stick but still very entertaining. I hope to finish it this week.

 

Still between games. I'm tempted to get the Alien game or The Evil Within...but, hard to play with Little Cha around with such bad imagery...and the wife doesn't enjoy these games either.

 

Hurt their ears and get Rocksmith 2014 and learn the guitar! Just came out for PS4

Stupid casual semi-fun game but gets annoying is the Playstation All Stars aka Sony's answer to Smash Bros. Naturally I beat the game with Raiden from Metal Gear first My daughters can play it and my gf tried it too. It was free

Yes sir. I won't be going next gen probably for another year. So far the only interests off the new systems are remasters.

 

^Agreed. My 360 and PS3 are still doing a great job for me. I have little motivation to go next gen for probably a couple years. I’m sure GTA V will look fantastic though.

I'm tempted to get AC:Unity since some places are selling the digital copy for $40 now, but I got this feeling that it'll be even lower in a BF deal.

 

If you can't wait a month then might as well jump in at $40. I doubt it'll hit $30 on BF. The BF leaks are meh so far.

 

I decided to wait. As customary for Ubisoft games, their prices drop dramatically a few weeks after launch and also their servers are never properly running at launch.

Got D4 and a host of other games to play to keep me busy until the 1st Destiny DLC next month.
