What game(s) are you playing right now...?
Ok almost done with Bayonetta. For those who have played I was fighting Gracious and Gloriness for like an hour and nearly beat them a couple of times. This game is super hard and has a learning curve. Amazing artistry and really cool ideas with angels that we've all read about through the years. My only complaint is the camera. If I run past a dude and want to turn around, I'm basically guessing since the above foes are FAST and I mean FAST. My controller is getting its ass kicked.
Ive got Far Cry 4 and Shadow of Mordor going right now.
So far the nemesis system in Mordor isnt that great. Only the first guy has been able to run off. The rest I kill before they get a chance to flee. Maybe 4 of them now. So none of them are getting close to killing me in order to level up.
I wonder if Im on a lower difficulty. I always go normal on shooters and hard+ for RPGs so I'll have to see if it asked me and I messed up.

I've logged about 35 hours into Dragon Age Inquisition. I agree with the reviews on IGN and Gamespot. It is a solid game, but the story and characters could be better. The combat camera goes haywire from time to time. Otherwise, I've experienced very few bugs. You need to log about 20 hours before you discover your permanent residence, Skyfall. I mean Skyhold. After you access Skyhold the map starts to fill up with more new areas to explore.
I'll probably need a break from Inquisition soon, so I picked up Rayman Legends.

That doesn't surprise me. There is a lot of detail and a huge number of side quests in Inquisition. The graphics are good and the different areas on the map don't feel recycled. At least I feel like I am getting my money's worth.
Man Bayonetta sure does use the same bosses over and over it seems. Plus the flying and car levels are badly played filler IMO. I hate when hack and slash try to go outside of the box and fuck it up.
Example... in D1 you could tell your warrior companion to toss a grenade is they see 2 or more enemies together but if they see one to run in for melee... then add to that if the single enemy has more life than they do to first buff the entire team with a strengthening ability then shield bash the high level verse normal melee attacks.
You could set this up for all your companions including yourself when you take control of another player.
In DA2 they got rid of it probably because the mechanic wasn't being used by many players but for those that liked to use every inch of a games ability they were disappointed to see the tactical menu go.
I am really really hoping DA3 will have this mechanic again as I spent a lot of time perfecting my team's tactics.
I didn't play DA 1 or 2. You can issue attack commands with the tactical camera in Inquisition. The tactical camera also gives you information regarding enemies weaknesses and strengths. I am playing on normal level and haven't really needed the tactical camera much. I'll be using it more often when I start fighting the dragons. You can take control of other party members.
This YouTube video shows the tactical camera.

Beat Bayonetta over my vacation break. Overall sick game but I tried on Hard for shits and giggles yeah no thanks. I tried the demo for Ninja Gaiden 3 that I had d/led and it was so much easier this time around. These hack and slash games are hard.
The FarCry developers/writers are such TROLLS.
Aside from the Honey Badger being one of the hardest animals to kill in the arena... aside from the rhino only. I laughed at that. Really I did.
But I went though the entire game with one goal. Finish it. Ending was meh.
I start over and... slight spoiler... when Min tells you to NOT MOVE within the first few minutes of gameplay.... just don't move. He'll return in 10 minutes, tell you what you wanted to know, he'll walk you to your final goal and be on his way. Literally, no joke. hahahahaha Main Quest finished in 15 minutes.

Started Shadow of the Colossus last weekend...almost yanked it out shortly thereafter. Finally made some progress. Haven't touched it since. I'll finish it, but that's about it. Should've started Lollipop Chainsaw instead

Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Completed my first playthrough in 80 hrs (more of a speed, get-the-story playthrough). I'm 70ish hrs into my second, completionist playthrough...
Needless to say, I love the game - my GOTY for 2014. Think I'll put DAI on pause and take a breather for a second. No rush on it. Might pick up CoD: AW for a change of pace.

I've played this a few times but not for a while. I think I took out 2 bosses. Just not my type of game despite the hype.
Oh thanks to Xmas parties and Just Dance with my Wii-owning cousins, I had to get 2 Move controllers, a PS camera, and Just Dance 3 since the other were way too much for the kids to sweat it up. Fortunately the hardware at Gamestop was pretty cheap but now I need more Move controllers.
I had $1 for this month of Gamefly. More like Gameslow since their delivery takes FOREVER. Anyways I rented Deadpool and the DMC Collection since I liked DMC so much.
Deadpool is somewhat of a hack and slash with 3rd person shooting. The combos aren't at the DMC/Bayonetta level but still satisfying and pretty fun. I couldn't put it down last night. The narrative is HILARIOUS with the converations between Deadpool and his personalities. Plus it's R rated language makes it even better and funnier. I might buy this one.
I haven't put in the DMC Collection. My friend didn't play it but he heard it will feel dated since it's basically PS2 controls remastered in HD but I'll likely try tonight or tomorrow.

to finish my first play through as a Mage/Knight Enchanter. I took a break and just started my second play through as a Warrior. There is so much to do in the game.
Yeah as suspected the DMC Collection is too outdated, well at least DMC 1. I didn't want to play the others because I'm a story whore. Granted this game is from 2001. The mechanics and camera angles don't sniff the DMC reboot. So probably won't waste time with a PS2 reboot with PS4 already out over a year.
^Pretty good but some of the levels drag. I caught myself dozing off while playing that with my kids. Same with Avengers.
I started back up on Bioshock. I can't believe it had been a year since I last played it. Talk about sidetrack. I've advanced to where I'm getting more items and fighting Big Daddies. Jesus this game is tough.

I swear I have game OCD, I have a hard time actually finishing a game. Right now I'm swapping between Insurgency, Tomb Raider 2013, Bioshock Infinite, H1Z1, Saints Row 4 and I just got Dying Light which is awesome.
I'm like halfway through FarCry 4 but it's kind of boring tbh.
I love having a ridiculous gaming PC, PCMR!

The game apparently is THAT intense. Well, I'll let you know if I pee myself a little.
Currently playing VainGlory. Ipad MOBA.
Got Resogun for $3 on PS3. Was hoping it was like Super Stardust which is super fun but it's like a watered down 2D version. Kind of meh. Maybe better on PS4?
I think I'm getting sick of Bioshock. Great story and presentation but the game itself I don't know. I"m not a big FPS guy anyways. Might try out the Uncharted series.

I played before work this morning... I just want to go home, get done with the gym asap and play more.
